Chicken thighs- 2
Flour- a bowl
Butter- 50 gm

Chicken stock- 200 ml
Rice- 250 gm
Beans- 150 gm
Double cream- 100 ml
Methods Of Preparation:
First we need to take the chicken legs and then cut out the knuckle from it and then cut it exactly in the middle of it and then in the bowl take the flour and seasoned it with the pepper and the salt and then mix it well and then take the chicken and mix it well with the flour.
Now take the pan and then place it on the low heat and then place the butter into it and then add some amount of the oil into it and then melt the butter and make the oil hot and then add the chicken into it and the deep fry the chicken to make it brown, flip the chicken to other sides also so that it will have the brown color all over it.

Now in another pan melt the butter and then place the beans into it and the fry it with the butter. Now as the water is reduce to the half then add these beans into it and then add the double cream into it and the add the fresh chopped parsley into it and then add the zest of the lime into it.
Now in the plate take the rice and then add the chicken on it and the place plenty amount of the fricassee on it. Your dish is ready to eat.
