This is a delicious main course and it is easy to cook. In this first we prepare the chicken stock in the hot water, then we cut the boneless part of the chicken and hammer it, then we fry the prosciutto, we place the sage leaves and prosciutto and then we fry it in olive oil, we also boil the white wine and chicken stock, then we add the mixture of the boiled spinach, cream cheese and cook it, we served all the things together.

Chicken- 1 whole
Olive oil- 2 tablespoon
Butter- 2 tablespoon
Sage leaves- 15
White wine- 100 ml
Chicken stock- 1
Spinach- 100 gm
Cream cheese- 30 gm

Methods Of Preparation:
First you need to take the bowl, add the hot water to it, now crumble the chicken stock to it, now mix all the things well, now take the whole chicken, cut it from middle, now take out the boneless part of it, make sure the boneless pieces should be long enough.
Now take the piping bag, add the chicken pieces to it, now with the help of the kitchen hammer, flat the chicken, now take the bowl, add 2 tablespoon of the yogurt in it, season it with the salt and pepper, now add the roasted cumin powder to it, mix all the things, add the chicken to it, now rub the spices to the chicken gently, cover it with the clean film and leave it for about the 30 minutes.
Now take the pan, add little bit of the oil to it, place the prosciutto to it, fry it from all the sides for about the 1 minute, now take the plate, place the marinated chicken on the top of it, take the folk and make the holes in it randomly.
Now place the sage leaves on each slice, place the fried prosciutto on it, take the skillet, add the olive oil to it, put it on the low heat, now place the slices from the prosciutto side down, fry it for about the 5 minutes, now flip to the other side and then again fry it, as the color of the top is golden brown, take it out to the plate and cover it with the another plate.
In the same skillet add the white wine, put it on the low heat, now leave the mixture for about the 5 minutes, so that the volume of the white wine will be reduced to half, now add the chicken stock to it, now leave it for sometime, add the butter to it, leave it for about the 2 minutes.
Now take the spinach, add the hot water to it, now leave it for about the 5 minutes, so that the spinach will be tender and the volume will be reduce, put it to the blender jar, season it with the salt and pepper, add cream cheese to it and make the smooth paste of it, now add this paste to the white wine mixture and cook it for sometime.
Now take the serving plate, add the chicken pieces on it, now pour the mixture on the top of it, now sprinkle the chopped parsley to it, served it. The dish is ready to eat.
