Recipe For The Delicious Chicken Tetrazzini At Home

This is the delicious dish, you can cook it for the main course also, in this we first partially cook the chicken, with the onions, cloves, bay leaves, then we shred the meat of it, we then fry the onions and mushrooms in the white wine, we add the chicken stock, cream, we add the cream cheese, parmiggiano cheese, chicken, peas to it and cook it, we add the breadcrumbs and white cheddar, we bake it inside the oven and served it hot.

Ingredients

Chicken- 400 gm
Onion- 1 chopped
Bay leaves- 2
Cloves- 2
Cremini mushrooms- 200 gm
Garlic- 4 cloves
Italian seasoning- 1 tablespoon
Butter- 3 tablespoon
White wine- 100 ml
All purpose flour- 60 gm
Chicken stock cube- 2
Whole milk- 50 ml
Heavy cream- 40 ml
Cream cheese- 40 gm
Parmiggiano cheese- 50 gm
Frozen peas- 200 gm
White cheddar- 40 gm
Bread crumbs- 4 slices
Pepper- 1 teaspoon
Salt- as per taste

Methods Of Preparation

Step 1

First you need to take the chicken, clean it proper, take out the skin of it, take the bowl, add the water to it, season it with the salt and pepper, add the bay leaves, little bit of the turmeric powder, add 2 cloves, half cut onion to it, add 1 tablespoon of the olive oil to it, add the chicken pieces to it, cover the lid and cook the whole things for about the 20 minutes, check whether the meat is soften or not.

Step 2

Take out the chicken, allow it to cool, now with the help of the hands, shred out the meat from the bones, keep the meat to the kitchen cloth and tap it, so that there will not be any moisture in the meat.

Step 3

Take the onions, peel it nicely, cut it into thin slices, now take the mushroom, cut the bottom of it, cut it into slices also, mix it with the onions. Take the big bowl to the medium flame, add the butter to it, as the butter is melted, add the mushrooms and onions, stir it regularly for about the 7 minutes, so that all the things will get fried.

Step 4

Add the white wine to it, now scratch the mixture from the sides of the bowl, season it with the salt and pepper, leave the mixture so that all the white wine will get evaporated, add the finely chopped garlic to it for about the 30 minutes, add the all purpose flour to it, mix it nicely.

Step 5

In the bowl, take the hot water, crumble the chicken stock cube to it, pour this mixture to the mushrooms, add the heavy cream to it, add the Italian seasoning and leave the mixture for about the 7 minutes.

Step 6

Cool down the cream cheese to the room temperature and add this to the mixture, add the frozen peas to it, now add the grated parmiggiano cheese to it, last add the shredded meat to ti, cover the lid and again leave the mixture for about the 10 minutes.

Step 7

After the 10 minutes, transfer the whole thing to the baking bowl, add the white cheddar to on the top of it, take the breadcrumbs and make a layer on the top of it, put this inside the oven for about the 25 minutes, now take it out from the oven, served it in the serving bowl. The dish is ready to eat.
