Recipe For The Delicious Chickpea Bruschetta At Home

This is the perfect snacks for the party time. In this we cut the slices of the bruschetta and bake it in the olive oil, then we rub the garlic in it, then we clean the chickpeas and then boil it, we fry the chopped onions and the garlic to it, we add the tomatoes to it and we add the chickpeas to it, then we make the paste of it, we make the layer of it on the bread, then we egg wash it and bake it again and served it.

Chickpea Bruschetta

Preparation Time- 10 Time
Cooking Time- 45 Minutes
Serves- 4

Ingredients:

Chickpeas- 300 gm
Parsley- 1 tablespoon
Garlic- 1 clove
Onion- 1
Tomatoes- 2
Lemon juice- 1 teaspoon
Pepper flakes- 1 teaspoon
Salt- as per taste
Pepper- 1 teaspoon
Olive oil- 3 tablespoon
Egg- 2
Baguette- 10 slices diagonally

Methods Of Preparation:

Step 1

First you need to take the chicken peas in the bowl, now put it in the running water, clean it, now drain water, add the water again to the bowl, add little bit of the salt to it, leave it for about the 4 hours, after the given time, take it out and clean it again in the running water.

Step 2

Now you need to take the parsley, chopped it fine, take the skillet, add the olive to it, put it on the low flame, add the olive it hot, add the garlic to it, now infuse the flavor the garlic to the oil and then take it out.

Step 3

Now take the chopped onions and the garlic, put it to the skillet and fry it for 2 minutes, so that it will be translucent, now add the chopped tomatoes to it, season it with the salt and pepper, cover the lid and leave it for sometime.

Step 4

Now in the bowl, add the water, add the chickpeas to it, add few drops of the olive oil, add 1 teaspoon of the salt to it, now cover the lid and then cook it for about the 10 minutes, now drain the water and add the chickpeas to it, now add 1 teaspoon of the lemon juice to it, cook the mixture for about the 10 minutes.

Step 5

Transfer the mixture in the plastic bag and then with the help of the hammer make the paste of it, now take it out to the bowl, add the chopped parsley to it, add 1 teaspoon of the lemon zest to it, mix it completely.

Step 6

Now take the bruschetta bread cut it into slice in the diagonally shape, now take the baking tray, add the olive oil to it, now place the bread on the top of it, now drizzle the oil on the top of it, now rub it so that the oil will be there on the all over of it.

Step 7

Now place this inside the oven for about the 15 minutes at 180 degree Celsius, after the given time, take it out, now take the 1 clove of the garlic, now rub it to both the sides nicely, now spread the chickpeas mixture on the top of it, now crack 1 egg to the bowl, season it with the salt and pepper, now brush it on the top of the mixture, now place this inside the oven for about the 5 minutes at 180 degree Celsius, now take it out and served it. The dish is ready to eat.
