Delicious Chiles En Nogada

This is the delicious Mexican street food and it is easy to cook, in this first we roast the pepper, then we place it in the plastic bag, we clean it with the water and cut it from the middle, we cook the mixture of the ground beef, with the onions and garlic, we add the chopped fruits to it with the dry fruits, then we make the white sauce of the soft wall nuts, cream cheese and the sour cream, we fill the pepper with the beef mixture and served it with the cream and pomegranate seeds. Serves- 3

Ingredients:

Ground Beef- 400 gm
Tomtotes- 2
Plantain- 1
Apple- 1
Peach- 1
Onion- 1/2
Garlic- 3 cloves
Olives- 100 gm
Almonds- 50 gm
Pine nuts- 25 gm
Pablano pepper- 5
Raisins- 25 gm
Cumin- 1 teaspoon
Cinnamon- 1 teaspoon
Parsley- 3 sprigs
Pomegranate seeds- 1 cup
Cream cheese- 50 gm
Sour cream- 50 gm
Sugar- 1 teaspoon
Wall nuts- 1 handful
Salt- as per taste
Pepper- 1 teaspoon

Methods Of Preparation:

Step 1

First you need to take the pablano pepper, clean it in the running water, now put it on the medium flame and roast it directly to the flame, now as there are black spots on it, flip to the other side, now take the plastic bag, add the pepper in it, fold it and keep it aside.

Step 2

Now take the pan, add little bit of the oil to it, put it on the medium flame, take the onions and the garlic, chopped it very fine, now add this to the pan, fry it for about 2 minutes, now add the ground beef to it, season it with the salt and pepper, now mix all the things and cook it till the beef changes the color to the dark brown.

Step 3

Now take the apple, peach, plantain, dice it very fine, now take the olives cut it from half, take the tomatoes, cut it from half take out the seeds of it and chopped it very fine, add all of this to the beef mixture, mix it well and cook it for about the 15 minutes with the covered led over low flame.

Step 4

Now take the pine nuts, peeled almonds, raisins, chopped them and add to the beef and fruits mixture, mix it, add the ground cumin and the cinnamon to it, now take the pestle crush the 2 cloves in it and add this to the mixture as well, mix all the things well, now take the parsley chopped it very fine and add this to mixture.

Step 5

Now take the wall nuts to the bowl, add the hot water to it, now leave it for sometime, take the jar, add the cream cheese to it, add the sour cream to it, as the wall nuts are soften, drain the water and add this to the jar, now ON the blender to make the smooth and creamy paste of it.

Step 6

Now take out the pepper, place them to the running water, so that the skin will be removed, now cut it from the middle with the sharp knife, take out the seeds of it, add the beef mixture to it, now fold it up, do the same with all the pepper.

Step 7

Now place the pepper on the serving plate, place the cream mixture on the top of it, now add the pomegranate seeds on it, sprinkle the chopped parsley leaves on it and served it. The dish is ready to eat.
