Chimichurri is a sauce and it is first cook in the Argentina and from there it is famous in all over the world. In this we made the home made cassava chips and then we add so many of the Brazilian flavours. We have the meat to add the extra flavour to this and then so many of the spice make it tasty.

Preparation Time- 20 Minutes
Cooking Time- 50 Minutes
Cassava- 500 gm
Vegetable oil- 1 pan
Salt and pepper- 1 pinch
Chillies- 2 green
Garlic- 2 cloves
Parsley- 1 bunch
Red wine vinegar- 1 shot
Butter- 50 gm
Red and white cabbage- 1/2
Cashew nuts- 1 handful
Mayonnaise- 1 teaspoon
Method Of Preparation:
We will start this recipe with the cassava and then we need to cut peel it off and then cut it into the slices and then add it into the salted boiling water for 15 minutes. After this take it out and drain out the water from it. Now place this inside the firer at 180 degree celcius and then fry it nicely to make the chips of it.
Now to make the sauce take the green chilli and then make some cut on it and then place this on the pan and then grill it, now in the chopper add these grilled chilli, fresh garlic, red wine vinegar and handful of the parsley into it and then chop all the things together.
Now for the coleslaw we need to take the red and the white cabbage and the carrot and then cut it into the slices and then take it into the bowl and then add the white wine vinegar and then add the mayonnaise and then add a pinch of salt and the pepper and the mix it well. Now add the slice of the papaya into it and then cashew into it.
Now take the rump steak and then add the butter on it and then give it a pinch of salt and pepper and then place this in the frying pan and then fry it till it change the color and cook it all the sides and then place it on the plate.
Now at the serving plate one side place the cassava chips and on the other side place the coleslaw and on the other side place the slices of the steak and then layer the sauce with the chimichurri sauce.
