All purpose flour- 200 gm
Brown sugar- 50 gm
Strawberry- 10
Eggs- 3
Olive oil- 2 tablespoon
Milk- 400 ml ricotta
Granulated sugar- 100 gm
Vanilla bean- 1 teaspoon
Tart cherries- 200 gm
Chocolate- 4 bars
Icing sugar- 20 gm

Methods Of Preparation:

Step 1

Take the all purpose flour in the bowl, add the sugar to it, mix it, crack 2 eggs in it, mix all the things well, add little bit of the olive oil to it, make the soft dough of it, now wrap the dough with the clean foil and leave it for about the 45 minutes.

Step 2

Hold the cannoli in one hand and piping bag to the other hand, now fill the hole of the cannoli with the mixture of the butter cherry, place it to the serving plate, now dust it with the icing sugar on it. The dish is ready to eat.
