This is the dish which has the soft texture. In this we make the 2 things. First is to make the batter and for this we add the flour and in this we add so many of the vegetable to make it soft. Second we make the fillings for this we cook the broccoli and fill it with the salmon fish. Then this delicious dish goes to the oven and baked.

Preparation Time- 10 Minutes
Cooking Time- 45 Minutes
Plain flour- 30 gm
Salt- as per taste
Pepper- 1 teaspoon
Baking powder- 1 teaspoon
Milk- 250 ml
Spring onions- 2
Salmon- 1 fillet
Grated cheese- 1 handful
Mayonnaise- 1 tablespoon
Cream- 1 tablespoon

Take the plain flour in the bowl, add pinch of salt in it, add 1 teaspoon of the baking powder into it. Now crack 2 eggs into it, season it with the pepper. Now whisk it nicely, as you are whisking, add slowly melted butter into it, now as the mixture is thick add some of the milk to it and make the soft smooth batter of it.
Take the broccoli, chopped it finely, take the springs onions chopped it finely. Put at bowl on the medium heat add the water in it, boil it and add the broccoli into it. Now as the broccoli is cooked, drain out the excess water and put this in the cold water, drain out the water and keep it aside.
In the batter, add lots of the cheese into it along with the spring onions, mix all the things nicely. Chopped the salmon fish nicely, chopped the fresh coriander leaves also.
Now take the silicon cookie mold and place the batter in it, do not fill it completely leave some of the space. Now in this add the chopped coriander, chopped salmon fish, chopped broccoli and dip the whole thing.
