Parsley- 3 sprigs
White wine- 100 ml
Tomato puree- 2 tablespoon

Methods Of Preparation:
First take the cuttlefish, cut the head along with the eyes, now take out the bone of it by cutting it from the middle, now take out the skin of it, if the cuttlefish is small then take it as it is but if it is big then cut it into 4 equal parts.
Now take the squid, clean it in the running water, now take the pan, put it on the low heat, add the olive oil to it, now add the squid to it, add plenty of the soy sauce to it, cook it for about the 10 minutes with the covered lid.
Take the squid and cool it, now place this in the mixture and make the paste of it, now pass this to the sieve, now keep that black liquid in another jar.
Now in the same pan, add the oil to it, add 2 cloves of the garlic to it, fry it till it become golden brown, now take it out, place all the cuttlefish to it, add the white wine to it, add the tomato puree paste to it, now add the black squid to it season it with the salt and pepper, now leave this for about the 10 minutes, so that the fish will get cooked.
Now take it out in the serving bowl, sprinkle the fresh chopped parsley to it. The dish is ready to eat.
