Chicken stock cube- 1

Duck breast- 2
Hoisin sauce- 1 tablespoon

Methods Of Preparation:
First you need to take the clean water in the bowl, now take the rice and add this to the water, now stir it, so that the starch of the rice will be removed, now drain out the water, take the luke warm water, crumble the chicken stock in it, now mix it completely, so that there will not be any lumps in it.
Now take the bowl, add few drops of the olive oil in it, add the rice to it, add 1 liter of the plain water along with the 1 liter of the chicken stock to it, add rice wine to it, cover the lid and cook it over the low heat for 50 minutes.
Now take the duck meat, make holes with the folk, now season it with the salt and pepper, take the skillet, place it over the low heat, as the oil is hot, add the duck breast to it, with the skin side down to the pan, now season the other side and flip to that side, fry this also for about the 3 minutes.
