In this we take serrano chili and make it completely dry, then we boil the tomato, serrano chili, guajillo chili, garlic and cook it, then we make the paste of it. We also fry the tortillas, then we fry the paste and tortillas, we also poached the egg in the water and served it.

Serron chili- 2
Guajillo chili- 1 handful
Garlic- 2 clove
Tortillas- 200 gm
Double cream- 1 tablespoon
Cheese- 100 gm

Methods Of Preparation:
First take the tomato, cut the top of it, take garlic, crushed it, peel it, now take the serrano chili, remove all the seeds of it and make it completely dry, take the bowl, add the water to it, now add the fresh guajillo chili first, then cover the lid of it, now add the tomatoes, garlic, chopped onion, cover the lid and leave it for sometime, now drain out the water from it.
Now take the all of this and put this in the jar, now blend up all the things to make the smooth paste from it, now make the consistency like the custard.
Now take the pan, add the oil to it, now take the corn tortillas and fry the nicely, so that they just change the color, do not fry it too much, now keep it on the tissue paper.
