Puff pastry- 300 gm
Dark chocolate- 100 gm grated
Pistachios- 100 gm
Icing sugar- 1 tablespoon
Egg- 4 beaten
Whole milk- 400 ml
Caster sugar- 120 gm
Nutmeg- 1 teaspoon
Methods Of Preparation:
First take the board, sprinkle plenty of the flour on it, now roll out your puff pastry on it, now dust it with the plenty of the icing sugar on it, now take the grated pistachios and add this on it. now take the dark chocolate and grated it also on it.
Now fold it in the 4 equal size and then roll it, now again fold it and roll it, so that there will be layer of the pastry. Now take the small plate and cut out the part of it.
Now take the baking tray, place the ramekins to the downside, now add plenty of the oil on it, now take the pastry and place this on it, now again place a baking tray on it, now place this inside the oven at 200 degree Celsius for about the 15 minutes.
Now take the bowl, add the milk to it, now boil it, take the bowl, crack 4 egg into it, now whisk it nicely, now add the caster sugar, ground nutmeg to it, add the boil milk to it and again mix it well, now take out the tarts from the oven, brush the inner part with the beaten egg.
