This is the dish for the chicken lovers, in this we wrap it in the Mexican style, for this we first need to soften the guajillo and ancho chiles in the water, then we make the paste of the guajillo and ancho chiles separately and fry it nicely, we cook the chicken in the water, we shred it nicely, we fry the tortilla, onions, garlic, lettuce leaves, we dip the tortilla in the sauce and then we wrap all the things in it, grill it and served it.

Guajillo chiles- 6
Ancho chiles- 2
Chicken breast- 1
Chicken stock- 1 cup
Garlic- 2 cloves
Olive oil- 3 tablespoon
Oregano- 1 teaspoon
Salt- as per taste
Pepper- 1 teaspoon
Chicken bouillon- as per taste
Lettuce- 4 leaves
Queso fresco cheese- 25 gm
Mexican cream- 2 tablespoon
Methods Of Preparation:
First take the guajillo chiles, take out the seeds of it, now do the same for the ancho chiles also, now take the bowl, place them on the medium heat, add the water to it and cook the chiles on it, for about the 20 minutes, with the lid covered.
Now take the bowl, add the 2 cloves, bay leaves, onions, add the water to it, place it on the medium heat, add the chicken breast to it and cook it for about the 15 minutes, as the chicken is nicely cook and meat is tendered, take it out and keep the chicken stock to the glass and cool down it.
Drain the water and cool down the chiles, now take the blender place the guajillo chiles into it, now blend up it very well and make the smooth paste of it, by adding the chicken stock to it, now sieve it properly, now in the same blender add the ancho chiles and make the smooth paste of it, mix all the paste nicely.
Now in the pan, add little bit of the oil, place it on the low heat, as the pan is hot add the chiles mixture to it, now fry it nicely, so that the color of the sauce will be in nice red color, keep on stirring regularly.
Now take the chicken, shred it properly, chopped the onions very fine, chopped the lettuce leaves and the garlic cloves, crumble the cheese nicely, keep all of them in the separate bowl.
Now take the pan, add the oil to it, now place the tortillas in it and fry it nicely from both the sides, now take the onions, garlic and the lettuce leaves mixture and fry it on the same pan.
Now dip tortillas into the chiles sauces and place this on the board, now place the shredded chicken on it, add the cheese, lettuce leaves and onions to it, now wrap it nicely, now do the same for all the tortillas.
Now take the grill pan, put it on the medium heat, as the pan is hot, add the tortillas to it, now grill the tortilla from both the sides, very nicely, now put it on the plate, cut it into half, add the remaining lettuce leaves on the top of it and pour the Mexican cream on it and served it. The dish is ready to eat.
