Recipe For The Delicious Eomuk (Fish Fritters)

Here is the dish for the fish lovers and in this we make the delicious paste of the cod, squid, shrimp by adding the listed ingredients and make the paste of it. Now make the roll of it, then this roll is fried in the pan. We also make the tarter sauce of the mayonnaise for it and then it is served.

Preparation Time- 15 Minutes
Cooking Time- 10 Minutes
Serves- 2

Ingredients:

Fresh white fresh fish fillet- 1/2 pound
Squid- 1/2 pound
Shrimp- 1/4 ounces
Garlic- 3 cloves
Onion- 2
Salt- 1 teaspoon
Sugar- 1 tablespoon
Ground white pepper- 1/4 teaspoon
Vegetable oil- 1 tablespoon
All purpose flour- 1/2 cup
Sweet potato starch- 1/4 cup
Egg white- 1
Tartar sauce- 1 teaspoon
Mayonnaise- 1 cup
Black pepper and Salt- As per taste
Lemon juice- 2 tablespoon
Sweet pickle relish- 1 tablespoon
Onion- 2 minced

Method Of Preparation:

Step 1

First, take 1/2 pound fresh cod, cut it into small pieces, 1/4 pound of squid and 4 ounces of shrimp take out the intestine and bones from both of them then clean it in cold running water.

Step 2

Now add the 3 cloves of garlic, 1 teaspoon sugar, 1/4 teaspoon white pepper, 1 tablespoon grape seed oil, 1/4 tablespoon potato starch, 1/4 cup all purpose flour, 1 egg white put all these ingredient into food processor and grind it for 2 minutes to make soft paste.

Step 3

Take out the smooth paste into bowl then take hollow pan put it on medium heat, pour 4 tablespoon of vegetable oil as the oil in the pan is hot take a nonstick spatula spread some oil over it.

Step 4

Spread 1/3 cup of paste over the spatula with the help of knife roll the paste to form a stick and push it into the oil. After 1 minute later, stir it with spatula lightly then flip it over and cook it for 2 minutes until the both side of fish stick become golden brown and crispy.

Step 5

As the fish fillet cook from both side strain the oil and put it on a plate. Lets make tartar sauce for fish fillet for this take 1 cup mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon sweet pickle relish, and minced onion in a bowl add 2 tablespoon lemon juice. Season to taste with salt and pepper mix all ingredient properly and enjoy fish fillet with delicious sauce.
