Fish is delicious and healthy and there are so many of the dishes of it, this is the dish in which we clean the fish first, then we make the fillet of it and take out the thorns of it, we season it with the mustard, salt and pepper, we prepare the mixture of the flour, cinnamon powder, onion and garlic powder, we coat the fish with it and again coat it with the beaten egg, we fry it, we cook it in the white wine, chicken broth, we add the breadcrumbs and almonds to it, we served it.

Tilapia fish- 4
Garlic- 2 cloves
Olive oil- 2 tablespoon
Garlic powder- 1 teaspoon
Onion powder- 1 teaspoon
Cinnamon powder- 1 teaspoon
Salt- as per taste
Pepper- 1 teaspoon
Flour- 1 tablespoon
Capers- 1 tablespoon
White wine- 100 ml
Lemon juice- 1 tablespoon
Zest of lemon- 1 teaspoon
Breadcrumbs- 1 tablespoon
Parsley- 3 sprigs finely chopped
Butter- 1 knob
Methods Of Preparation:
First you need to take the tilapia fish, cut the head and the tail of it, now insert the knife in its stomach and take out the stomach of it, cut it, clean it properly in the running water, now cut the belly of it and make it flat.
Cut the middle part of it, so that the back bone will come out from it, with the help of the plucker take out the thorns from it, cut the skin of it, now wrap it with the clean foil and tap it with the kitchen hammer remove the foil and do the same process for all the fish.
Take the english mustard, rub it on the fish gently, season it with salt, pepper and black mustard on it, leave it for sometime to marinate it. Now take the bowl, add the flour to it, season it with the salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, cinnamon powder, red paprika, now mix all the things well.
Take another bowl, crack 2 eggs in it, beat it properly, first place the fish in the flour, coat it nicely, tap it so that the excess flour will get removed, coat it with the egg mixture, now again coat it with the flour and leave it for sometime.
Take the skillet, add the olive oil to it, put it on the very low heat, now dip the marinated fish in the egg mixture again and place directly to the skillet, fry the whole fish for about 5 minutes, so that there will be nice crispy skin, now flip to the other side and fry it again from that side also, take them out and soak it with the tissue paper.
Again place them in the skillet, add the white wine to it, leave it till the wine gets completely evaporated, now add 1 teaspoon of the zest of lemon to it, squeeze 1 tablespoon of the lemon juice to it, add the capers to it and cook the whole thing.
Take the bowl, filled it with the warm water, crumble chicken stock to it, mix it nicely, now add this to the fish mixture, add 1 tablespoon of the toasted breadcrumbs and the roasted powder of almonds, now leave the mixture for sometime, so that the gravy will become thick enough.
Now take out the fish along with the curry in the serving plate, sprinkle chopped parsley leaves on it and served it. The dish is ready to use.
