This is the perfect dish for the snacks. In this we make the paste of the chickpeas, by adding the garlic, coriander and lime juice in it, then we make the dough of flour, funnel seeds and baking powder, then we make the flatbread of it, now we spread the paste of the humus and chickpeas on it, then we add the onions, tomatoes and olives, then we bake it and served it. Chickpeas- 300 gm
Lime juice- 1 tablespoon
Garlic- 3 cloves
Coriander leaves- 1 handful
Olive oil- 100 ml
Humus- 3 tablespoon
Olives- 1 handful
Methods Of Preparation:
First of all take the chickpeas, now put them into the cold water, leave this for a night, now take the bowl, put it on the low heat, now add the water to it, now add the chickpeas in it, after 10 minutes, drain out the water, now take the blender, add the chick peas to it, add 1 lime juice in it, 1 clove of garlic, coriander leaves and plenty amount of the water in it, now blend it to make the thick paste of it.
Now take the flour in the bowl, season it with the salt and pepper, now add the ground funnel seeds in it, add the garlic powder and the baking powder in it, now mix all the things well, now add olive oil and make a soft dough of it, add little bit of the water to it, so that there will extra softness to the dough. Now place this inside the refrigerator for about the 2 hours.
Now take part of the dough of the dough, make a ball of it, now roll it in a shape of the eclipse, make the layer as thin as possible, now take 2 tablespoon of the humus and add this on the flatbread, now spread it all over the surface, spread the chickpeas paste on it also.
Now take the chopped onions, chopped tomatoes, olives and place this on the top of the humus, place this in the baking tray and put it inside the oven at 180 degree Celsius for about the 10 minutes.
Now take it out and cut it into 3 equal pieces, grate the mozzarella cheese on it. The flatbread trio is ready to eat.
