Recipe For The Delicious Garlic Knots

Knots are favorite to all, especially for the children, this is the knots with the flavor of the garlic in it, we first make the dough of the flour, eggs and oil, then we roll it and make the knots of it, then we bake it in the oven, we whipped the egg and the cream, we add the vanilla flavor to it, we make the paste of the garlic, onion, nutmeg, thyme, parsley and cook it for sometime, then we mix it with the knots we add the cream mixture and bake it and served it. Preparation time- 10 minutes
Cooking time- 20 minutes
Serves- 3

Ingredients:

All purpose flour- 200 gm
Olive oil- 50 gm
Double cream- 50 gm
Vanilla extract- 3 drops
Granulated sugar- 2 tablespoon
Eggs- 2 beaten
Bread slices- 2
Thyme- 3 sprigs
Parsley- 4 sprigs
Onion- 1/2
Garlic- 7 cloves
Nutmeg- 1 teaspoon
Red chili- 2
Salt- as per taste
Pepper- 1 teaspoon

Methods Of Preparation:

Step 1-

First you need to take the bowl, sieve the all purpose flour in it, now add the olive oil to it, add the beaten egg to it, season it with the salt and pepper, now mix all the things well, place this inside the dough maker, switch ON the machine to make the soft dough, add little bit of the water to it.

Step 2-

Now take the slices of the bread and make the breadcrumbs in the mixture jar, now place this in the bowl, now take the dough, roll it to the 1 cm of the thickness, now take the knife, cut the edges of it, cut the long slices of it, now roll it on the the tip of the finger and make the knot, now put this in the breadcrumbs.

Step 3-

Take the baking tray, add the butter to all the sides of it, place all the knots to the baking tray, add little bit of the oil to it, tap it nicely so that the knots get covered with the oil, now put it inside the oven at 180 degree Celsius for about the 15 minutes.

Step 4-

Take the double cream, put it in the whisker machine, ON the machine till the soft peaks comes out from it, take another jar, creak egg into it, separate the egg white from the yolks, whisk is also so that there will be soft peaks in it, mix it with the mixture of the double cream, add the granulated sugar in it, mix it completely, to add the flavors to it, add the vanilla extract to it, add all the mixture to the piping bag.

Step 5-

Now take the mixture jar, add the peeled garlic, onions, thyme, chili, parsley, nutmeg, add plenty of the olive oil to it, now make the smooth paste of it, take the pan, put it on the low heat, now cook it for only 5 minutes.

Step 6-

Take out the knots in the deep bowl, add the green sauce to it, now give it a nice toss, so that all will mixed together,  take out the knots in the baking tray again, add the cream and egg mixture on each of the knots, now with the help of the kitchen flame, cook the cream to the golden brown, take the serving plate, fill it with the green sauce, add all the garlic knots to it completely.
