This is the famous dish in the Germany and it is so delicious and now it is famous in all over the world. For this first we made the home made sauerkraut with the delicious spaetzle and then we made the German salami with the grated cheese and then mustard paste served with the white and the tomato sauce. This is the served mostly in the restaurants, here is the list of the ingredients and the process of this delicious recipe.
Preparation Time- 15 Minutes
Cooking Time- 30 Minutes
White cabbage- 1/4
Apple juice- 160 ml
Cider vinegar- 140 ml
Fennel seeds- 1 teaspoon
Juniper seeds- 1/2 teaspoon
Plain flour- 220 gm
Butter- 200 gm
Salt- as per taste
Peppered salami- 1 chunk
Bavarian cheese- 1 chunk
German mustard- 1 teaspoon
Tortillas- 4 big
Methods Of Preparation:
First you need to take the cabbage and then chopped it into the slices and then put this in the deep bowl and fragment it for the several days but here if you want to have this quickly then you need to add the cider vinegar and the apple juice into it and then add the juniper seeds with the fennel seeds into it. Now boil it at the low temperature for the 20 minutes.
Now in the another bowl add the flour into it and then add the 2 eggs into it, 1 tablespoon of the melted butter into it and then add the cold water with the pinch of the salt and then whisk it to make the lumps free paste.
Now in the pan boil the water and then take the pot which has the large holes and then place this paste into it and then take out the small parts from the holes and then cook it for a minute and then take it out in another plate. This is our spaetzle.
Now take the salami and then cut it into the slices and then in the pan melt the butter, now take the spaetzle and then cook it till the brown color. Now take the toritilla and place the spaetzle on it. Now take the cheese slices on it and then chopped salami on it and then place the German mustard on it and finally add the cabbage on it.
Now fold from the side and then roll over now tight it with the aluminium foil and then place this inside the oven at the 180 degree Celsius for the 5 to 10 minutes. Take it out and then cut it into the slices, now take the cheese and then grated it on the top of it and then take the salami and smoked cheese with the cabbage as the white sauce.
Now to make the German tomato sauce we need to take the cherry tomatoes and then cut it and blend it to make the puree of it and then place this into the fry pan with the butter and then boil it and then add the garlic paste into it with the pinch of the salt. Now take the mayonnaise and add the 1 tablespoon into it and then take the German mustard paste into it. Now stir the mustard to make the thick paste of it. Lastly add the brown sugar and then mix it and then place it inside the oven for about the 5 minutes.
Now take it out and then served it with the white sauce and then burrito.
