Serves- 4

Ingredients:

Fish slices- 4
Chicken whole- 1
Olive oil- 2 tablespoon
Onion- 1
Parsley- 4 sprigs
Basil leaves- 3
Garlic cloves- 5
Balsamic vinegar- 1 tablespoon
Curd- 1 tablespoon
Capers- 1 tablespoon
Salt- as per taste
Pepper- 1 teaspoon

Methods Of Preparation:

Step 1

First you need to take the grill pan, put it on the medium heat, add little bit of the olive oil to it, take fish slices and with the help of the folk, make the holes in it, now season it with the salt and pepper, as the pan is hot, add the fish to it from the season side down to the pan, now season the top side with the salt and pepper again.

Step 2

Now take the cherry tomatoes in the bowl, take the parsley, chopped it very fine, take the basil leaves, chopped it, crushed the garlic and chopped it aldo, now add all of this to the bowl, add the zest of the garlic to it, now mix all the things very well, add the olive oil to it, add the balsamic vinegar to it, season it with the salt and pepper, mix all the things well.

Step 3

Now take the chicken, cut it from half, take out the stomach of it, now with the help of the sharp knife, remove the bone less part of it and throw the bones of it, now take the long pieces and place it inside the piping bag and make it flat with the kitchen hammer, now the remaining small chicken pieces will go inside the bowl, add the water, whole onion and garlic and then boil it with the lid covered for about the 10 minutes.

Now take out the chicken pieces, put it in the jar make the paste of it, mix it with the boiling water, now drain the water and again put it in the same pan, add the cherry tomato mixture in it and then boil it also for about the 5 minutes, now carefully drain it again and boil the mixture to make it thick.

Now take the flat chicken in the plate, insert the folk to the chicken and make holes in it, now add little bit of the olive oil to it, add the turmeric powder to it, now shake the piping bag, now fry the chicken on the same grill pan and then place this to the plate, now on the same plate add the fish also.

Step 6

Now give a coat of the thick paste on it, then we add the cherry tomato and other things on it, now grate the parmiggiano cheese on the top of it, now place this inside the oven at 180 degree Celsius for about the 10 minutes, so that the cheese will get melted, now take it out cut it into slices and then served it, season it with the Italian seasoning.
