If you want to eat the beef with the rice then here is the dish for you. In this we take the slice of the rice cake, then we prepare the egg yolk dish for this. We take the beef and marinate it with the different spices, then it is cook in all the flavors. This is a non spicy easy to cook dish.

Preparation Time- 20 Minutes
Cooking Time- 15 Minutes
Garaetteok- 1 pound
Beef brisket- 200 gram
Egg yolk- 2
Cooking oil- 1 tablespoon
Sesame oil – 3 tablespoon
Sesame seeds- 2 tablespoon
Soy sauce- 5 teaspoon
Rice syrup- 3 teaspoon
Salt- 1 teaspoon
Ground black pepper- 2 teaspoon
Pine nuts- 1 tablespoon
White mushroom- 5 to 6
Green bell pepper- 1
Red bell pepper- 1
Soy sauce- 1/2 teaspoon
Honey- 1 teaspoon
Ground black pepper- 1/2 teaspoon
Method Of Preparation:
Take 1 pound of cylinder shaped rice cakes, roll it out and cut into small pieces around 2 inches. Now, take 2 egg yolk in a bowl add pinch of salt into it mix it well.
Further take a pan put it on very low heat pour 1 tablespoon oil into it as the oil in the pan is hot add egg yolk, tilt the pan and spread it to make thin egg yolk paper. Cook it for 30 sec then turn off the heat, flip it over and let it cook by it self with remaining heat in the pan. Let it cool down.
Meanwhile lets marinate the beef, take 200 gram of beef cut it into thin slices put it into a bowl add 2 minced garlic, 1/2 teaspoon soy sauce, 1 teaspoon honey, 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper and 2 tablespoon sesame oil into it, mix it well by spoon. Cut the egg yellow strip into thin slices and put it aside.
Now take 1 carrot cut it into matchsticks, 1 medium sized onion chopped it nicely, 5 white mushrooms slice it into bite sized, 2 cloves of garlic minced it, 1 green bell paper and 1 red bell paper slice it into a thin strips
Put the skillet on medium heat pour 2 tablespoon of vegetable oil into it when oil become hot add 2 teaspoon minced garlic and marinated beef into it cook it for 4 minutes so that beef become half cooked. Now add all the prepared vegetables into it, saute it for 2 minutes.
Cover the pan for 30 sec with lid then add 1 pound of rice cake, pour 1 cup of water keep stirring for 30 sec. Add 5 teaspoon soy sauce, 1 tablespoon rice syrup, 1 teaspoon of ground black pepper, saute it for 4 minutes so that rice cake become soft and juice come out from vegetable.
Turn off the heat, transfer the delicious into serving plate, garnish it with yellow egg yolk strip and enjoy.
