Preparation Time- 15 minutes

Garlic- 2 cloves
Red pepper- 1
Ground cumin- 1 teaspoon
Paprika- 1 teaspoon
Tomato puree- 3 tablespoon
Vegetable stock- 1 cube
Red beans- 200 gm
Fresh coriander- 1 bunch
Methods Of Preparation:
First take the onion, peel it and chopped it nicely, take the garlic, crushed and chopped it, take the red capsicum, chopped it nicely, taking out the seeds of it. Now take the pan, put it on the low heat, now add the onions, garlic and chili in it.
Now take the red paprika, take out its seeds and dice it nicely, now as the onions are soften, add it, now add the ground cumin, red paprika, season it with the salt and pepper, add the tomato paste to it.
Now take the bowl, add the water to it, now add the beans to it, now place this on the low heat and boil it for sometime, now take the toothpaste and insert it in the bean, now check whether it is cooked or not.
Now take the tomato puree and it into the onion mixture, bubble it for sometime, now take the beans and add this to it. Mix it well, now take the boiling water in the glass, crumble the vegetables stock to it, now mix it well and add this to the mixture.
Now take the 4 eggs, crack it on the mixture, now season the egg with salt and pepper, now place this inside the oven at 180 degree celcius for about the 15 minutes. Now take it out, garnish it with the fresh coriander, now cut it into 4 equal pieces having 1 egg each, now served it and enjoy this delicious dish.
