Delicious Italian Chiacchiere With Sanguinaccio

This is the delicious Italian dish. In this we first crumble the butter to the flour, then we make the soft elastic dough by mixing the flour with the egg, baking soda, we leave it to risen up, we roll it and cut it into chess board shape, we fry it, we also make paste of the cocoa powder, cinnamon powder, vanilla extract, we also make the red chili and tomato sauce, we make the layer of the cocoa mixture and red chili and dust it with the sugar and served it.

All purpose flour- 200 gm
Baking soda- 1 teaspoon
Salt- 1 teaspoon
Egg- 1
Egg yolk- 1
Granulated sugar- 80 gm
Cinnamon powder- 1 teaspoon
Cocoa powder- 100 gm
Vanilla extract- 1 teaspoon
Butter- 100 gm unsalted
Orange juice- 3 tablespoon
Red chili- 2
Tomatoes- 3
Salt- as per taste
Pepper- 1 teaspoon
Cooking oil- 1 liter
Icing sugar- 1 tablespoon

Methods Of Preparation:

Step 1

First you need to take the all purpose flour to the board, now make a cavity in between it, add the icing sugar to it, now mix it completely, take the butter, allow it to soften, now mix it with the flour by your hands.

Step 2

Crack the egg in the bowl, mix it well, add this to the flour mixture, now make the soft dough of it, add the orange juice to it, add baking soda to it and mix it with the dough, flat the dough and make the hole in it, add the water and dough to it, mix it again, now again make it soft and elastic, now place this inside the bowl, cover it with the clean foil and leave it for 2 hours, so that it will get risen up.

Step 3

We take the bowl, add the granulated sugar to it, now add cocoa powder to it, now mix it well, add the cinnamon powder to it, now transfer this mixture to the deep pan, put it on the low flame, add the water to it, now mix it well, so that there will thick paste of it, add the vanilla paste to it, simmer this mixture for about the 4 minutes, take it out, cool it and place this inside the refrigerator for about 1 hours.

Step 4

Take the tomatoes in the blending jar, add the red chili to it, season it with the salt and pepper, now grind it to make the red chili sauce of it.

Step 5

Dust plenty of the flour to the board, take out the dough on the board, now roll it to make it thin, now take the pizza cutter and get the rectangular shape, cut out the excess part of the dough, now make the chess board design on the dough and separate each chiacchiere to the plate, make sure that they will not stick together.

Step 6

Now take the deep fry pan, add the cooking oil to it, put it on the medium heat, as the pan oil is hot, add the chiachhiere in it, till it become golden brown and there will air trapped inside it. Take out it to the kitchen tissue paper, so that the oil will be soaked by it.

Step 7

Now take the serving plate, add the chiachhiere to it, take out the chocolate mixture, apply one layer on it, drizzle the red chili sauce on it, now dust it with the icing sugar. The dish is ready to eat.
