Delicious Italian Nutella Stuffed Bomboloni

This the sweet dish of the Italy and you will get it in all the good confectionery, it is so easy to cook, in this we crumble the butter to the flour, we make the soft elastic dough of the salt, sugar, vanilla and yeast milk, we roll it and cut the bomboloni, we leave it to rise, we fry it in the hot oil and dust it with the sugar, we make the cavity in between and fill it with the nutella, we add a layer of chocolate on the top of it and served it with the whipped cream. Preparation time- 10 minutes
Cooking time- 30 minutes
Serves- 4


All purpose flour- 400 gm
Salt- as per taste
Milk- 1 cup
Granulated sugar- 100 gm
Vanilla extract- 1 teaspoon
Butter- 1 knob unsalted
Nutella- 100 gm
Chocolate- 20 gm melted
Yeast- 1 packet activated
Eggs- 4
Double cream- 30 gm

Methods Of Preparation:

Step 1-

First you need to take the bowl, put it on the low flame, add the milk to it, leave it for about the 30 seconds, add the dry yeast to it with the sugar, mix all the things very well and keep it aside.

Step 2-

In the bowl add the flour to it, crumble the butter to it with the finger to make the breadcrumb consistency, now place this in the dough maker with the salt, vanilla extract and little bit of the sugar to it, mix all the things very well, now add the yeast to it and ON the machine to make the elastic dough.

Step 3-

Now take it out and punch it very well so that it will become smooth and soft, place it in the bowl cover it with the clean foil and leave it for sometime, so that the dough will rise enough.

Step 4-

Take out the dough on the board, sprinkle little bit of the flour on it, roll it to make the circular disk of about the half of an inch, take the small bowl and cut the circle from the dough, take the tray, place the butter paper to it, sprinkle plenty of the dough to it, place the disks to it, now cover it with the wet muslin cloth and leave it for 30 minutes.

Step 5-

Take the bowl, add the oil to it, put it on the medium flame, leave it so that the oil will get hot enough, now take out the small part of the dough and add it to the oil if it will start floating then add the risen bomboloni to it, fry it to get the golden brown color, flip to the other side and make the brown, do the same for all the bomboloni and place it on the tissue paper and soak the oil to it.

Step 6-

Take the icing sugar to the flat bowl, roll all the bomboloni to it, now take the piping bag, add the plenty of the nutella to it, take bomboloni, make the hole with the help of the knife in between the bomboloni.

Step 7-

Take the bomboloni and fill the nutella in side it with the help of piping bag, now do the process for all the bomboloni. On the top of the bomboloni, add the melted dark chocolated, now leave it for sometime, so that the chocolate gets set, take the serving plate, add the bomboloni to it, place small part of the whipped double cream to it and enjoy it.
