This is the traditional Jamaican style of the cooking the liver with the onions, this is the dish for the main course and it is so easy to cook, we coat the seasoned flour and fry it, we fry the onions also, we boil the potatoes and tomatoes, then we fry all the things together and add the beef stock to it, then we again cook it and served it with the thyme.

Liver Beef- 500 gm
Salt- as per taste
Black pepper- 1 teaspoon
Onion powder- 1 teaspoon
Garlic powder- 1 teaspoon
Cinnamon powder- 1 teaspoon
Cumin powder- 1 teaspoon
Dried thyme- 1 teaspoon
Thyme- 1 sprig
Pepper sauce- 1 teaspoon
Water- 50 ml
Steak sauce- 1 tablespoon
Beef Liver- 500 gm
Methods Of Preparation:
First take the bowl, add the water to it, add butter to it, put it on the low heat, as the butter is melted, stir it and add the peeled onions to it, now cook it for about the 2-3 minutes, now take the onions, out and cut them into slices.
Now take the beef liver, now make the slices of liver as thin as possible, now take the pan, add the flour to it, season it with the salt and pepper, add the onion, garlic powder, add the cumin and cinnamon powder to it, now mix all the things very well. Now take the liver, give a nice coat of the flour to it, shake it so that there will not be any excess flour.
Now take the glass, add the beef stock to it, now add the flour to it, stir it regularly so that there will be nice smooth mixture of it. Now take the pan, put it on the low heat, as the pan is hot, add the olive oil to it, now add the onions to it, fry it completely, so that the onions will become golden brown from one side, take them out and place it to the kitchen paper.
Take the potato, clean it, peel it completely, now add the tomatoes to it, add the them to the bowl, add the water and boil the whole thing, at low flame for about the 10 minutes, now take them out, peel the tomatoes and chopped it very fine, now take the potatoes, meshed it properly.
Now in the same pan, add the butter to it, now as it is melted, add the liver to it, fry it from both the side so that there will be a nice crispy layer to it, take them out, now in the same pan add the potato mixture to it, season it with the salt and pepper, now fry it.
Now in the same pan, add all the things, add the chopped tomatoes to it,cover the lid and cook it for about the 5 minutes, mash the tomatoes, now add the beef stock to it, season it with the salt and pepper, cook the whole thing for about 15 minutes, so that the water will reduce to half of it.
Now take the serving plate, add the liver mixture along with the vegetables, pour the liquid sauce to it, sprinkle the dried and the fresh thyme to it, add 1 cube of the butter to it and served it. The dish is ready to eat.
