Recipe For The Delicious Japanese Yakitori At Home

Japanese food are so delicious and there are so many of the Japanese restaurants that are serving Japanese food to the world. Japanese yakitori is known to be the chicken dish and in this the chicken is so sticky and it is served by the syrup. This is roasted dish of the chicken with the young leeks with the so many of the Japanese spices.

Recipe For The Delicious Japanese Yakitori

Preparation Time- 15 Minutes
Cooking Time- 40 Minutes
Serves- 2

Ingredients:

Orange- 1
Ginger- 20 gm
Red chili- 1
Sesame seeds- 1 tablespoon white
Sesame seeds- 1 tablespoon black
Salt- as per taste
Paprika- 1 teaspoon
Soy sauce- 120 ml
Caster sugar- 2 tablespoon
Mirin- 60 ml
Sake- 60 ml
Thighs- chicken 8
Young leeks- 2
Vegetable oil- 2 tablespoon
White pepper- 1 teaspoon
Garlic powder- 1 teaspoon
Jasmine rice- 200 gm

Methods Of Preparation:

Step 1

For you need to get the seasoning and for this you need to peel the ginger and then cut it into the thin slices and then take the orange and then peel it also, now place this in the baking tray and then put this inside the oven at the 150 degree Celsius for 25 minutes.

Step 2

Now take the pan and put it on the low flame and then as it is hot, then add the equal amount of the white and the black sesame seeds into it and toss it nicely so that it will be fried nicely.

Step 3

Now take the roast ginger and the orange and then add this in the grinding jar and then add the salt and paprika into it. Now take the red chili and then chopped it and add this also and as the sesame is roasted then add this also  now grind the whole mixture and then make it in the powder.

Step 4

Now take the bowl and then add the water into it and then add the jasmine rice into it with a pinch of salt into it and then put this on the low flame and then cook it gently till it is start boiling and the rice is cooked nicely.

Step 5

Now we make the delicious sauce and for this we need to take the mirin, rice wine vinegar, soy sauce and the sugar and the we put all these into the bowl and put this on the low flame and the we cut the orange and then take out the juice and add this in the mixture and then as the volume is sticky then remove it from the flame.

Step 6

Now take the chicken thighs and then cut it into the 3 equal pieces and then cut the young leeks into the 1 inch of the pieces and then take the stick and insert it inside the young leeks and the add the chicken meat and do this process for the remaining part and then place this on the baking tray.

Step 7

Now to season it we add the oil on it and then we add the salt on it and then we add the white pepper and the garlic powder on it and then put this inside the oven at the 150 degree Celsius for the 15 minutes.

Step 8

Now take it out and the place this on the serving tray and then pour the sauce on it and then take the rice into another bowl and the seasoning it with the blend spice and enjoy it with the sauce.
