Recipe For The Delicious Kkanpunggi Spicy Chicken

There are so many of the delicious dishes of the chicken and in this we take the chicken and marinate it with so many of the spices and then we the chili flakes to it and then we cook so many of the vegetables and then we served this delicious dish. It is easy to cook in less time.

The List Of The Ingredients Are As Follows Along With The Step By Step Guide To This:

Kkanpunggi Spicy Chicken

Preparation Time- 10 Minutes
Cooking Time- 15 Minutes
Serves- 2

Ingredient:

Chicken breast- 1/2 pound
Ginger- 1/2 teaspoon
Soy sauce- 1 teaspoon
Ground black pepper- 1/4 teaspoon
Potato starch- 2 cup
Egg white- 1
Vegetable oil- 1/2 cup
Leek- 1/2 cup
Garlic- 4 cloves
red chili flakes- 1 tablespoon
Red chili pepper- 1
Chili pepper- 1
Onion- 1
Green onion- 2
Dried red chili peppers- 4
Soy sauce- 1 tablespoon
Water- 2 tablespoon
Rice syrup- 2 tablespoon
White vinegar- 1 tablespoon
Potato starch- 1 tablespoon
Cooking oil- 1 cup
Sesame oil- 2 tablespoon

Method Of Preparation:

Step 1

Firstly, take half pound chicken and cut it into small piece and put it in bowl then add crushed 1/2 teaspoon ginger, 1 teaspoon soy sauce, ground black pepper in a bowl and mix it well and set it aside for around 15 minutes.

Step 2

Further take leeks, wash properly cut it into thinly slices pieces and take four cloves of garlic cut it into small piece. Now take a pan put it on flame pour cooking oil around quarter cup into it as the oil in the pan is hot put garlic cloves first and saute it for 30 seconds then put leek and saute it for a minute flip and fry the garlic and leek until the leek and garlic become light golden brown and crispy then take out the garlic and leek put it in plate.

Step 3

Now heat the same pan again as the oil is hot put 1 tablespoon hot pepper chili flakes and stir fry it then strain it a bowl so that we get very delicious infused oil. Now take 2 onion cut and chopped it nicely,  1 green chili pepper cut it thinly slices, 1 red chili pepper chopped it nicely, one green onion chopped it, 4 small dried red chili peppers put all these ingredient in plate.

Step 4

Before cooking we make sauce for this take a bowl put 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of vinegar, 2 tablespoon of water, potato starch 1 tablespoon and rice syrup around 2 tablespoon into the bowl mix it properly.

Step 5

Now back to the chicken add one egg and 2 tablespoon of potato starch into the chicken bowl mix it well to make dough by using hand. Further take a fry pan put it on high heat pour 1 cup cooking oil as the oil is hot around 350°F then turn heat to medium then put the lumps size pieces of chicken into the oil and fry it for 2 minutes. When you bottom of a piece of chicken become light golden brown turn it into other side fry this until all pieces goes to crispy and then take them out and strain the oil.

Step 6

Take a large pan heat it into medium flame pour the infused oil that we already prepare first now put onions, green pepper, red pepper, green onions and small dried red chili peppers into it let it cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Now add the sauce sour and sweet sauce into it stir it for 30 seconds and turn of the gas.

Step 7

Reheat the oil fry pan and fry the chicken one more time for 5 minutes until it goes to golden brown then strain it. Now turn on the heat and reheat again the large pan and add the chicken, the fried leek and garlic, and 1 tablespoon of  sesame oil mix stir and mix it well to coat the chicken. and turn off the heat and transfer the delicious, crunchy, smoky chicken into plate and enjoy it.
