Recipe For The Delicious Korean Beef Stir Fry At Home

This is the Korean dish. In this first we marinate the slices of the beef in the mixture of the ginger, pear, garlic, soy sauce, rice wine vinegar and honey. Then we fry the beef in the coconut oil, we add the onions, spring onions and pepper to it with the juice of it. We served it with the cooked rice. Preparation time- 15 minutes
Cooking time- 40 minutes
Serves- 3

Ingredients

Beef- 400 gm
Ginger- 3 root
Garlic- 2 cloves
Rice wine vinegar- 1 tablespoon
Honey- 1 tablespoon
Soy sauce- 1 teaspoon
Coconut oil- 1 splash
Onion- 1
Spring onions- 3
Pepper- 1
Rice- 250 gm
Salt- as per taste

Method of preparation

Step 1

First take the pear, grate it in the bowl, now take the ginger, peel it and grate it also, now take the garlic, crushed it and chopped it very fine. Now in the same bowl, add the soy sauce, rice wine vinegar and honey in it, now mix it well.

Step 2

Now take the beef, season it with salt and pepper, now place this inside the refrigerator for about the 2  hours, now take it out and slice it as thin as possible, now mix it well to it, now leave it for some of the hours, now drain out the juice of it in another bowl.

Step 3

Now take the pepper, cut it from the top and bottom, now slice it as this as possible, now take the onion, peel it and sliced it very fine, do the same thing with the spring onions.

Step 4

Now take the bowl, add 1 tablespoon of the coconut oil in it, now put it on the high heat, now add the beef in it and fry it nicely. Now add the pepper, onion and spring onions to it, give a nice stir to it. Now add the juice of the beef to it, along with the sesame seeds and the red paprika to it. Now mix it well.

Step 5

Now take the bowl, add the water in it, now put it on the low flame, add the long grain rice in it, now cover the lid and cook it for the 15 minutes. Now take out the rice in it the bowl, now flip it to the serving plate, add the beef fry in it. The dish is ready to eat.
