Here Are The Recipe For The Delicious Korean Bibimbap At Home
Preparation time- 10 minutes
Cooking time- 20 minutes
Meat- 250 gm
Garlic- 1 clove
Sugar- 1 tablespoon
Sesame oil- 4 tablespoon
Beansprouts- 100 gm
Rice- 1 bowl
Methods Of Preparation:
First take the beef meat and then cut it into the small pieces and then marinate this and for this take the finely chopped garlic, add the sugar, add the sesame oil , add the soya sauce and mix all the things by your hand and mix them well and then leave this for the 10 minutes.
Now take the fry pan and put this on the low flame and then put this marinated meat into it and then again add the soya sauce into it and cook it for 10 minutes, toss is regularly so that all the meat will be cooked.
Now take the shiitake mushrooms and then cut this into the long slices and then add the sea same oil into it and cook it in the same pan of the meat.
Now in separate bowl take the cucumber, carrot, spinach and the bean sprouts. Now cut all of these into the thin slices and then take the hot water and then pour this water on all of these and then allow the water to cool. Now remove the water.
Now in the beansprouts add the soya sauce and in the spinach add the sesame oil. Now in a pan take the sesame oil and crack 1 egg into it and then cook it. In another pan boil the rice nicely and remove the water if there.
Now in the place make a layer of the rice and then add the spinach, carrot, beansprouts, meat and the mushrooms in the circular form and at the top place the cooked egg. Your delicious recipe is ready to eat.
