This is the recipe in which we cook the leek and chopped it and cooked it along with the broccoli, then add the butter beans into it. Then it is cooked in the delicious cream. Now we take the fish and fry it. Eat this dish with the sauce and the fish. This is easy to cook it, it is best for the snacks or small parties.

Preparation Time- 5 Minutes
Cooking Time- 15 Minutes
Garlic- 2 cloves
Butter- 1 knob
Butterbeans- 400 gm
Cream- 1 splash
Mustard paste- 1 tablespoon
Pepper- 1 teaspoon
Salt- as per taste
Methods Of Preparation:
First take the leek, now cut it from the leaf part, now cut it lengthwise, chopped it finely. Put it into the bowl and wash it properly. Take the 2 cloves of the garlic, crush it, chopped it finely. Now chopped the broccoli and clean it nicely.
Take the pan put it on the low flame, add butter into it and as the butter is melted, add the leek into it, toss it so that the butter is mixed, now leave it for sometime so that it will get soft, now season it with salt and pepper.
Now open the butter bean can and remove the liquid of it, now put this into the bowl, put this in the cool running water, add it straight into the leek and cooked it, add 2 shots of the cream into it, add 1 tablespoon of the mustard into it. Cook all the things for about the 3 minutes, now add the broccoli into it, cover the lid and cook the whole thing for about the 7-8 minutes.
Now take the fish, remove the skin of it, now check about the bones and remove it. Now take the bone add some of the olive oil on it, now rub the mustard paste on it, now season it with the salt and the pepper, squeeze 1 lime on it.
Take a pan place it on the medium flame, as the pan is hot add the hot fish in it and deep fry it. Now change to the other side and fry it. Now take out leek and place this on the serving plate, at the top of it place the fish on it. The dish is ready to eat.
