Recipe For The Delicious Lemon Blueberry Madeleines At Home

This is the delicious sweet dish, best for the Christmas party at home, it is easy to cook. In this we melt the butter, whisk the egg, add the sugar, vanilla bean, flour, butter, lemon zest, mix all the things and keep it aside, we place this to the mold and bake it, we also make the sauce of the whipped egg white mixture, we add the paste of the blueberries and sugar, then we dust the baked medeleines with the icing sugar, we served all the things. Lemon Blueberry Madeleines

Ingredients

Egg- 2
Egg white- 2
Granulated sugar- 40 gm
Vanilla paste- 1 teaspoon
All purpose flour- 100 gm
Salt- as per taste
Baking powder- 1 teaspoon
Butter- 1 knob
Lemon- 1/2 teaspoon zest
Blueberries- 100 gm fresh
Icing sugar- 30 gm

Methods Of Preparation

Step 1

First you need to take the bowl, crack 2 egg in it, add the granulated sugar to it, pinch of salt, take the hand blender, whisk all the things well, so that there will be consistency like the custard and there will be soft peaks in it.

Step 2

Take the vanilla strands, cut it in between, take out the seeds of it, mix it with the egg mixture, add the all purpose flour to it, put a skillet to the medium heat, place 1 knob of the butter to it, melt the butter, cool it down, mix it with the flour mixture, take the lemon, zest it from all the sides, mix it with the mixture, whisk it again to make the smooth paste of it, now add little bit of the baking soda to it, take the clean film, place it on the top of it, now leave it for about the 30 minutes.

Step 3

Remove the film and again mix all the things with the help of the spoon, take the mold of the medeleines, clean it proper and make it moisture free, add the melted butter to the walls of it, pour all of this to the tin, now with the help of the knife take out the excess part of it and make the even layer of it, add blueberries in it, tap it with the knife inside the mixture, now put this inside the oven at 180 degree Celsius for about the 10 minutes.

Step 4

Take the egg white mixture, whisk it nicely, so that there will be soft peaks at the top of it, now add little bit of the lemon zest in it, also squeeze the 1 teaspoon of the lemon to it, mix all the tings completely, take it out in another jar.

Step 5

Take the blueberries in the blending jar, add icing sugar to it, add little bit of the water to it, now mix it completely to get the smooth paste of it, take it out and mix it with the egg white mixture.

Step 6

Take out the medeleines from the oven, with the help of the sharp knife take it out to the baking tray, place this again at the same temperature for about the  10 minutes, so that there be golden texture on the top of it.

Step 7

Take the serving plate, place the medeleines on the top of it, dust it with the icing sugar, pour the blueberries mixture on the top of it, served it. The dish is ready to eat.
