Recipe For The Delicious Lemon Polenta Plaice At Home

This is the dish for the fish lovers and it is easy to cook also, in this we cook the fish in different style. First we take the onions, capsicum, garlic, tomato and chopped them, then we fry it, then we take the polenta and add the tarragon and the breadcrumbs to it and fry this dish. Last we served it with the fried vegetables.

Tomatoes- 2
Onion- 1
Mozzarella- 100 gm
Parsley- 1 sprig
Lemon- 1
Plaice- 2 fillets
Tarragon- 1 handful
Flour- 100 gm
Oil- 50 ml
Eggs- 2
Potatoes- 5

Methods Of Preparation:

Step 1

First we take the lemon and take out the zest of it, now we take the bowl and add the polenta to it, now take the tarragon in it and mix all the things nicely. Take the bread slices, now cut the hard part of it, put it in the jar and grind it to make the breadcrumbs of it, make sure that you have make the powder of it, now mix it also with it. Season it with the salt and pepper.

Step 2

Now take the potatoes put them in the bowl, add the salt in it, put it on the low flame and bowl it for about the 10 minutes, now cool it down in the cold running water, peel it and keep it aside in the plate.

Step 3

Now in another bowl add the flour to it, now in another bowl crack the 2 eggs and whisk it nicely. Now we take the onions, cut it into the rings and take out its rings, now we take the tomatoes and cut it into the thin slices, now chopped the fresh parsley, take the mozzarella cheese and slices it.

Step 4

Now take the pan, put it on the low heat, add little of the oil in it, now add the onions to it, now take the tomatoes and other things and fry them for 2 minutes, now take the pan and put it inside the oven at 180 degree celcius for about the 15 minutes, now take  it out and cool it slightly.

Step 5

Now take the fillets with the skin on it, now check about the bones in it, take out if any, now remove the skin of it, cut it into the 2 equal parts, now season it with the salt and pepper, dust it with the flour first, then to the egg and last to the polenta, keep it aside. Now do this process for all the fish.

Step 6

Now take the fry pan, add the cooking oil in it, now put it on the medium flame, as the oil it hot add the fillets to it and fry it for 3 minutes, now flip to the other side and fry it, now fry all the fillets that you have already prepare.

Step 7

Take the tissue paper and soak the oil of the fish in it, now take out the vegetables for the oven and put them in the bowl, now add the butter and the cream to it, mix all the things well to make the paste of it.

Step 8

Now take the serving plate, add the vegetables mixture in it, now take the fish and add this to the top of it, add the cream to the top of it and place 1 mint leave on the top of it. The dish is ready to eat.
