Recipe For The Delicious Lobster Rolls Recipe

Lobster are cooked in the different styles and they have the unique taste which make them in high demand. One of the dish is the lobster roll and roll filled with the spicy lobsters, here is the easiest recipe for the lobster roll in your kitchen.

Lobster Rolls Recipe

Mayonnaise-1 tablespoon
Cayenne pepper- 1 teaspoon
Lemon juice- 1 tablespoon
Sticks of the celery- 2
Unsalted butter- 100 gm
Paprika- 1 teaspoon
Bread- 3 big

Methods Of Preparation:

Step 1

One important thing about the lobster is to cook it immediately after killing it because its meat get damaged quickly and to prevent this wrap the lobster into the newspaper and by using this you can use the meat for the 2-3 days. Now to make the lobster roll, keep your lobster inside the freezer of your refrigerator for at least the 2 hours. Now take it out and then in the head of the lobster there is the cross mark, place your knife on it and then give it a punch and the lobster will be dead.

Step 2

Now the lobster is at the low temperature to make it to the room temperature we should boil it in the boiling water for the 15 minutes and this will kill the germs also the colour of the water will be changing to the red.

Step 3

Now you have to make the 2 sauce for it one is the mayonnaise sauce and for this you need to have the mayonnaise, cayenne pepper, lemon juice, sticks of the celery and for the butter sauce we should have the unsalted butter, paprika and the lemon juice in a pan and put all the pans of the medium heat.

Step 4

Now as the lobster is red then take it out and then take out as much as meat you can and for this you need to break it from the tail by twisting it and then just take the part in your palm and press it and remove the shells to take out the meat, there are sharp edges so be careful about it. If the surface is hard then you can also use the back of the knife to give the punch, don’t leave the meat take out all. There is the black thread in the tail, this is not good to eat so just cut the tail and then remove it, if your lobster is so big then this thread might be in the hands also do this for the hands also.

Step 5

Now chopped the lobster meat and mix half of it with the mayonnaise sauce and half with the butter sauce. Now take the bread roll and then cut it in the middle to get the 2 equal parts, now toast the side of the bread. Now in the bread spread some of the lobster with the mayonnaise sauce and some of the butter sauce. Now cover this with the another baked bread and then make a roll of it.

Step 6

Now pre heat your oven and then place these roll inside the oven for at least the 10 minutes. After 10 minutes take out it in the plate and your lobster roll is ready to eat. Lobster roll gives the best taste when taken with the red wine.
