These dry fruits are mixed with the orange juice, then we take the pastry and fill it with the dry fruit mixture, now we roll it out and fry it to make it crispy. This is served with the cream. Prunes- 50 gm
Dried figs- 50 gm
Sultanas- 220 gm
Dried apricots- 50 gm
Ground almonds- 2 tablespoon
Cinnamon- 1 teaspoon
Ginger- 1 teaspoon
Honey- 1 tablespoon
Butter- 2 tablespoon
Filo pastry- 6
Cream- 1 tablespoon
Methods Of Preparation:
First take the bowls, add the prunes, dried figs, sultana, dried apricots in it, now add the cinnamon powder in it, now take the ground almonds, add this also, add the brown sugar to it, now take the 1/2 tablespoon of the sesame seeds to it.
Now take the apple and the orange, grate in nicely, now add this to the bowl. Now grate the 1 tablespoon of the ginger and the honey to it. Now mix all the things nicely, now take the same orange, take out the juice of it, now mix it with the ingredients, that we add.
Now place this inside the refrigerator for 2 hours, now take it out, you will get the consistency of the jam. Now take the fillet pastry, roll out on the board, brush it with the melted butter.
