Recipe For The Delicious Miso Salmon And Wild Rice At Home

This is the dish of salmon fish with so many of the vegetables and rice. In this we take the ginger, carrots, onion, celery, leek, tomatoes, bay leaves, peppercorns, fennel, salmon fish and boil it in the water with the miso paste, then we cook the rice in the flavored water and we mix the Parmesan cheese to it, we fry the salmon fish and fennel, we make the paste of the vegetables and mix it with the rice and served it. Preparation time- 20 minutes

Serves- 4

Ingredients

Ginger- 1 big root
Mushrooms- 1 handful
Leeks- 1
Celery- 1
Fennel- 1
Tomatoes- 3
Bay leaves- 2
Peppercorns- 1 teaspoon
Miso paste- 1 tablespoon
Wild rice- 300 gm
Parmesan cheese- 100 gm
Coriander leaves- 3 sprigs

Methods of preparation

Step 1

First take the ginger, slice into big chunks, now chopped the mushrooms, sliced the carrots, chopped leeks, cut half of the fennel, slice the onions and garlic, chopped the tomatoes quarter now take all of these and add this to the pan, now add the peppercorns and bay leaves in it, now put this on the medium flame, now add 1 teaspoon of the miso paste to it, now add the water and bubble away to the 20 minutes.

Step 2

Now take out the flavored water from it in the bowl, now add the wild rice in it, now put it on the low flame, cover the lid and bubble it for the 12 minutes. Now remove the lid and add some of the grated Parmesan cheese to it, now mix it to the rice.

Step 3

Now take the salmon fillet, remove the skin of it, remove all the thorns of it, now add it directly to the vegetable pan, now cook it for the 10 minutes, season it with the salt and pepper, now take out the fish and the fennel and place this in the muslin cloth, now drain the liquid from it, now take the hot grill, pan and fry the fish and the fennel one by one to all the sides for about the 5 minutes.

Step 4

Now take out the remaining vegetables, put them in the blender and make the paste of it, now mix it with the rice and then take the serving plate, place the rice first, then to the top of it, add the fish and to the other side add the fennel, garnish it with the coriander leaves. The dish is ready to eat.
