This is the Moroccan dish and in this we take the chicken breast, cut it from the middle, rub harissa paste, then we grill it and make pieces of it, we also add the saffron soaked chicken stock to it, then we toast the coriander, cumin seeds and pepper and ground it, we add the couscous to it and rapeseed oil and bake it. Then we add the pomegranate to it and served it.

Cumin seeds- 1 teaspoon
Coriander- 1 tablespoon

Methods Of Preparation
First take the pan, put it on the medium heat, now add the coriander, cumin seeds, black pepper to it, now roast it, place this in the grinder, now grind it to make the powder of it.
Take the hot boiling water in the glass, crumble 1 chicken stock in it, take the saffron in the small bowl, pour the water in it, give it a nice stir, take the couscous in the bowl, now add the rapeseed oil and saffron water to it, mix it well. Now put it in the oven at 180 degree Celsius for about the 10 minutes.
Take the chicken breast, cut it from the middle, now place this in the butter paper, now tap it to make it thin. Now add the harissa paste on it, rub it gently to both the sides of the chicken, now take the grill pan, put it on the medium heat, now place the chicken on it and fry it nicely.
Now take the pomegranate, cut it from middle, now tap it so that the pomegranate will come out in the water, take out the pomegranates and then place it in another bowl.
Now take the chicken, make the pieces of it, now add the couscous on the plate, now first add the pomegranates on it, add the chicken slices on the top of it, sprinkle plenty of the onions rings on it. The dish is ready to eat.
