Recipe For The Delicious Moroccan Turkey Pie At home

This is the dish for the Christmas dinner. In this we take the delicious boneless turkey and then marinate it with the spices. Then we take the chicken stock and cook the turkey in it. Now to add thickness we add the egg to it also. Last we add the pastry and then we make the delicious pie. Then we boil the carrot and the potatoes and eat it.

Recipe For The Delicious Moroccan Turkey Pie

Preparation Time- 10 Minutes
Cooking Time- 30 Minutes
Serves- 2

Ingredients:

Chicken stock cube- 1
Eggs- 2 beaten
Pastry- 10 sheets
Carrots- 1
Potatoes- 2 sliced
Onion- 1 chopped
Garlic- 2 cloves
Butter- 1 knob
Olive oil- 100 ml
Hot water- 100 ml
Smoked paprika- 1 teaspoon
Parsley- 1 handful chopped
Coriander- 1 handful chopped
Cinnamon- 2 teaspoon
Ground cumin- 1 teaspoon

Methods Of Preparation:

Step 1

First we take the onions and then we slice it up and then we take the turkey and then we just remove the skin and then we take out the boneless part of it and then we cut this into the slices.

Step 2

Now take the coriander leaves and then just chopped it nicely and then take the large bowl and the add the turkey and the onions in it and then add 2 tablespoon of the yogurt into it, now add the ground cumin powder, cinnamon powder, salt and the smoked paprika to it and then we mix all the things and then we leave it inside the refrigerator for couple of hours.

Step 3

Now take the bowl and then place this on the low flame and then add little bit of the olive oil into it and then add the chopped onions and the garlic into it and then fry it till the brown color and then add the marinated turkey into it and then add little bit of the rice flour to it.

Step 4

Now take the boiling water and then add the chicken stock cube into it and then mix it, now add it to the bowl and then boil it nicely, now as the mixture reduce to the half then add the 2 beaten egg into it and then add the chopped parsley leaves on it.

Step 5

Now take it out and then place this in the bowl. Now take the baking tray and then apply the oil at the bottom and then add 3-4 pastry to it and then add the turkey sauce to it and add the layer of the pastry to it and then brush it with the beaten egg. Now again add the remaining turkey sauce and then add the 3-4 pastry on it and then brush it with the beaten egg.

Step 6

Now make the design by the knife on the top and then place this inside the oven at the 180 degree Celsius for about the 15 minutes. Now take it out and then allow it to cool. Now add the fresh cream on it.

Step 7

Now take the water in the bowl and then place this on the medium flame and then take the potatoes and the carrot and then slice it up and then add this in the boiling water and then add the salt to it and then boil it with the cover lid.

Step 8

Now take it out and then serve it in the serving plate with the pie along the white mayonnaise and then green chili sauce.
