Recipe For The Delicious Mushroom Bruschetta At Home

This is the delicious vegetarian dish, in this we first clean and chopped the mushrooms, then we boil it, we also fry it in the garlic infuse olive oil along with the chopped garlic and shallots, then we add the Marsala to it and cook it, we also toast the ciabatta bread slices in the grill, we get the juice of the parsley and sun dried tomatoes, then we mix it with the whipped egg white, then we served all the things together.

Preparation Time- 10 Minutes

Mushrooms- 200 gm
Garlic- 4 cloves
Olive oil- 1 tablespoon
Butter- 1 teaspoon
Thyme- 1 tablespoon
Marsala- 50 gm
Ciabatta bread- 5 slices
Salt- as per taste
Pepper- 1 teaspoon
Egg- 2
Parsley leaves- few sprigs
Sun dried tomatoes- 4

Methods Of Preparation:

Step 1

First you need to clean the mushrooms in the running water, then you need to cut the bottom part of it, now roughly chopped all the mushrooms, take the bowl, add the water to it, put it on the low heat, as the pan is hot, add a pinch of salt and pepper to it, add all the mushrooms to it, now cover the lid and leave the mushrooms in the water for about the 10 minutes, now drain the water and tap the mushrooms with the kitchen cloths and make it completely dry.

Step 2

Now take the skillet, put it on the low heat, add the oil to it, now add 2 cloves of the garlic in it, as the garlic gets the dark brown color, then take it out, now add the finely chopped garlic to it, add the chopped shallot to it, now fry it for 2 minutes, now add the mushrooms to it, keep on stirring so that it will have the nice texture of golden brown.

Step 3

Now season it with the salt and pepper, mix it completely, add the Marsala to it, stir it and raise the heat to the high level, now add the butter to it, melt it, as the melted, add the finely chopped rosemary leaves in it, now stir it, add little bit of the water to it, cover the lid and cook it for 3 minutes, now remove the lid and sieve the mushroom mixture, so that the juice of it will be remove from it, keep the juice in separate bowl.

Step 4

Now take the ciabatta bread, cut the slices of it, now take the grill pan, grease it with the butter, now place the bread on it, grill the bread slices from both the sides so that the bread with have a nice toasted texture.

Step 5

Take the egg white in the bowl, whisk it nicely, so that there will be nice soft peaks in it, now take the fresh parsley leaves, add the sun dried tomatoes in it, season it with salt and pepper, now mix it and get the paste of it, in the jar, add little bit of water to it, now take out the juice of it in muslin cloth, add this juice to the whipped egg.

Step 6

Now take the slices of the bread, place the mushrooms on the top of it, apply a thick layer of the whipped egg on it, served it in the serving plate. The dish is ready to eat.
