Recipe For The Delicious Nigiri Sushi (Nigirizushi Recipe) And Sushi Socks At Home

This is the delicious dish in which we have combination of so many of the things, we cook the rice, then we cut the diagonally slices of the salmon fish, Japanese omelet, octopus, tuna fish, we also cut the slices of the tofu and deep fry it in the cooking oil, then we place each one of it on the cooked sushi rice, we tie it with the cucumber strips, we season it and bake it in the preheated oven and served it. Serves- 4

Sushi Socks

Ingredients:

Nigiri Sushi- 18
Rice- 300 gm
Rice vinegar- 30 ml
Sugar- 1 tablespoon
Salt- as per taste
Pepper- 1 teaspoon
Tofu- 50 gm
Tuna belly- 3 slices
Salmon fish- 3 slices
Boiled octopus- 3 slices
Tamagoyaki- 3 slices
Shrimp- 6
Nori seaweed- 30 gm

Method Of Preparation:

Step 1:

First we prepare delicious sushi socks, make 18 pieces of sushi rice then  slice the boiled octopus into 3 pieces using a diagonally cut with knife then take 3 slices of fresh tuna belly, take fresh salmon slice it diagonally into several pieces, take Japanese sweet omelette cut it into 6 mm pieces, now take the deep pan, add the water and the sushi rice to it, we add few drops of oil to it, now cover the lid and cook it for about the 15 minutes, drain the water and allow the water to cool down.

Step 2:

Next add rice vinegar into ice water the wet your hand with this vinegar, this will keep the rice with sticking to them, add the small amount of wasabi on one pieces of sushi rice and place 2 amaebi Shrimp on to it, likewise take another pieces of sushi rice place the slice of octopus on rice and gently press the octopus into the rice together with your palm.

Step 3:

Now take a strip of salmon roe wrap the side of another pieces of sushi rice with roe strip close its end and garnish it with cucumber strips. Now wet your hand again make a shape around 20 grams of sushi rice into a ball, hold tuna slice in your hand add wasabi to it then place the rice to the tuna and flip it over, arrange the shape to give a sushi signature look.

Step 4:

Like wise make a salmon sushi for this put slice of salmon on 30 gram of sushi rice press it nicely, now tie is also with the cucumber strips and garnish it with ground black pepper, now take the tofu, cut the slices of it diagonally, now with the help of the toothpick, make the holes in it, season it with the salt and pepper, take the pan, fill it with the cooking oil, now place all of the tofu in it, now on the low heat, fry all the tofu, take them out to the kitchen cloth, so that all the oil will be soaked in it.

Step 5:

Now place all of the rolls to the pan, drizzle little bit of the melted butter to it, now place this to the preheated oven at 180 degree for about the 15 minutes, so that there will be a nice texture on the top and it will get cooked from inside. Now take the serving plate, place all the dishes in it, we also place the Nori seaweed to it and served it. The dish is ready to eat.
