This is the dish for the main course and it is the mixture of the veg as well of non veg, it is basically a Japanese dish and in this we first grill the tofu and make the pieces of it, then we add the stock, mirin, sugar, soy sauce to it and then we add the tofu, mushroom, slices of onions in it, we cook it, we add the grilled beef slices and fried bacon to it, we also add the ground beef to it and cook it, we bake it also and served it with the broth of it.

Beef meat- 200 gm
Ginger- 10 gm
Yaki Dofu- 300 gm
Mushrooms- 100 gm shimeji
Shugiku- 2 stalks
Dashi stock- 200 ml
Sake- 2 tablespoon
Mirin- 1 tablespoon
Sugar- 1 tablespoon
Soy sauce- 2 tablespoon
Pickled ginger- 1 tablespoon
Methods Of Preparation:
Take the grill pan, put it on the medium heat, as the pan is hot, add little bit of the oil to it, place the tofu on it, now grill it for about 2 minutes, change the sides to grill it all over, place it on the board, cut it into 8 equal pieces.
Take the onion, cut it from middle, take out the root of it, cut it into 6 equal slices, take the shemiji mushrooms, cut the bottom of it, now separate all the mushrooms nicely, take the shungiku, cut the root of it and separate the leaves of it.
Take the pan, add the dashi stock, sage, mirin, sugar, soy sauce, put it on the low heat, stir it regularly, so that the tofu will get dissolve in water easily, place the pieces of the tofu in it and raise the heat to medium flame, flip the tofu to all the sides and cook it.
Now take the meat of the beef specially the shoulder part, place it on the board, cut it into big chunks, now cut it into slices as thin as you can, now place this direct to the hot grill pan and grill all the slices from all the sides.
Now take the pan, add little bit of the oil to it, now take the potatoes, cut it into slices, now fry it in the oil for sometime, take the bacon, cut it into thin pieces and fry it so that they will become crispy.
Add the slices of the onions to it to the side of the tofu, leave it for 3 minutes, add the mushrooms in it and gently simmer it for about 5 minutes, add the ground beef in it, cook all the things till the color of the beef changes from pink to the brown, add the bacon and the potatoes to it and fry the whole thing.
Now take out all the things and pass it with the sieve so that all the broth will squeeze from it, now take the sliver foil, add all the things on it, place this inside the oven and cook it for 10 minutes. Take it out and place this to the serving plate, add the broth to it so that it will cover half of it, now season it with the pepper and oregano, add the chopped parsley to it and served it. The dish is ready to eat.
