Chicken boneless- 300 gm
Rice- 100 gm

Methods of preparation:
First you need to take the bowl, put it on the low heat, add the water to it, add few drops of the olive oil to it, add the rice to it, cover the lid and cook the rice for about the 5 minutes, so that the rice will cook only half, drain the water and cool down the rice.
Now take the bell pepper, clean it properly, take the skillet, put it on the medium heat, add olive oil to it, place the bell pepper to it, now fry the pepper, as the skin is fried, take out the outer part of it and cool it.
Now take the boneless part of the chicken, season it with the salt and pepper, add the olive oil to it, now place this to the baking tray and put it inside the oven for about the 15 minutes, now take out the chicken, shred the meat from it and chopped the meat nicely.
Now in the bowl, add the chicken , add the mozzarella cheese, parmiggiano cheese, half cooked rice, add little bit of the olive oil to it, add the chopped plum tomatoes, add the juice of the bell pepper, season it with the salt and pepper, now with the help of the hand mix all the things very well, cover it with the clean foil and leave the mixture for sometime.
Take the fried bell pepper, cut the top of it, now scoop out all the seeds of it, clean it proper from inside, now add the chicken mixture inside it and tap it, do the same with all the bell peppers, add little bit of olive oil to the chopped plum tomatoes, season it with the salt and pepper, mix it, now take the bowl, beat one egg in it, season the egg with the salt and pepper, brush egg mixture to the peppers.
Now take the baking tray, apply olive oil to the walls of it, now take the plum tomatoes and make the layer of it, now place the stuffed bell peppers in it, cover it the remaining tomatoes, now pour the remaining egg mixture on the top of it, now place the tray inside the oven at 180 degree Celsius for about the 20 minutes.
Now take it out, cool it down little bit, now take the serving plate, place the tomatoes to the one side and stuffed peppers to the other side, add green chili sauce to the bowl and served all the things together and served it. The dish is ready to eat.
