Recipe For The Delicious Oreo Blackout Chocolate Cake

This is the incredible chocolate cake which has the cake, pudding and the marshmallow. This is based on the brokleen and it is covered with the chocolate pudding and the delicious marshmallow in between of it and the crushed Oreo biscuits at the both sides.

Delicious Oreo Blackout Chocolate Cake

Preparation Time- 20 Minutes
Cooking Time- 30 Minutes
Serves- 2

Ingredients:

Plain flour- 200 gm
Baking powder- 1 tablespoon
Sugar- 400 gm
Cocoa- 50 gm
Butter- 150 gm
Sunflower oil- 3 tablespoon
Eggs- 4
Vanilla extract- 2 teaspoon
Milk- 100 ml
Chocolate- 150 gm
Icing sugar- 200 gm
Corn flour- 100 gm
Golden syrup- 50 gm
Caramel- 50 gm
Oreo- crushed 5
Gelatin- 2 leaves
Liquid glucose- 100 ml

Methods Of Preparation:

Step 1

First of all we need to make the cake and for this we need to have the pan and then add the butter into it and then put it on the low flame and melt the butter slowly. Now add the butter milk. sunflower oil, milk into it now whisk it so that all will be mixed. Now crack the 2 eggs into it and then add the 1 tablespoon of the vanilla extract into the mixture, for the cake it is our wet stuff.

Step 2

For the dry stuff we need to have another bowl and then add the flour into it and then add 1 teaspoon of the baking soda, then add the bi-carbonated soda, add the sugar and the cocoa powder. Toss it so that all the ingredients will be mixed equally.

Step 3

Now take the mixture and mix it with the dry part and then keep on mixing so that there will not be any lumps in the paste. The consistency should be thick enough. Now take the 2 cake pan and place the equal amount of the mixture into it. Now place this mixture inside the oven at 180 degree celcius for 20 minutes. Take it out from the oven and then brush it with the butter.

Step 4

Now make the chocolate pudding and for we need to have a pan and then add the cocoa powder, chocolate and the icing sugar and mix it well and then add the corn flour, golden syrup, caramel and 1 teaspoon of the vanilla extract into it. Now put this mixture on the medium pan so that all the things will be melted and dissolve completely.  When the pudding is smooth and shiny then take it out from the pan and allow it to cool, put the clean film on the top so that it will not make the skin on the top.

Step 5

Now for the marshmallow we need to have the leaf gelatin in the bowl and then add the water into it. Now in the another pan take the water and then add the caster sugar and the liquid glucose into it and then rise the temperature to 120 degree celcius.

Step 6

Now in the mixture take the egg white and then add the sugar syrup into slowly. Now put the gelatin in the pan and when it is dissolved put this also in the mixture. Now add the crushed Oreo into it, take out in the pan and then place this inside the refrigerator to cool.

Step 7

Now take the chocolate pudding and the apply it on both the cakes, now throw the crushed on it and take out the marshmallow and then place it on the top of the cake then place the another cake on the top and your Oreo blackout cake is ready to eat.
