Recipe For The Delicious Osso Buco Veal At Home

This is the delicious Italian dish, in this we boil the tomatoes and fry it, we coat the veal with the seasoned flour, then we fry it in the olive oil, we fry the chopped carrots, celery, onions, then , we add the paste of tomatoes to it, we add the white wine, chicken stock to it, then we cook the veal in it and take it out, we also cook the rice and prepare the mixture of the chopped parsley, lemon and garlic zest, then we served all the things.

Preparation Time- 10 Minutes
Cooking Time- 20 Minutes
Serves- 4

Ingredients:

Veal slices- 4
All purpose flour- 100 gm
Olive oil- 40 ml
Onion- 1 large
Carrots- 2
Celery- 2 stalks
White wine- 100 ml
Tomato- 4
Chicken stock- 2
Rosemary leaves- 2 sprigs
Thyme- 2 sprig
Dried oregano- 1 teaspoon
Bay leaf- 1
Parsley- 100 gm
Garlic- 1 clove
Lemon zest- 1 teaspoon
Salt- as per taste
Pepper- 1 teaspoon

Methods Of Preparation:

Step 1

First you need to take the bowl, add the water to it, now put it on the medium heat, as the pan is hot, add the tomatoes to it, add the salt to it, now cover the lid and cook it for about the 10 minutes, now drain the water, take out the skin of the tomatoes, now place this inside the jar and make the paste of it, now take the skillet, put it on the low heat, now add little bit of the oil to it, add the tomatoes to it and then fry it nicely.

Step 2

Now take the veal slices, place the slices one by one on the top of it, now take the kitchen knot and tie it nicely, take the flour, season it with the salt and pepper, add little bit of the cinnamon powder to it, now dust the veal with the flour, take the skillet, add the olive oil to it, now fry the veal in it from all the slices.

Step 3

Now take the carrots, chopped it very fine, now take the celery take out the outer skin of it, now chopped it fine also, now take the onion chopped it very fine, mix it and fry it in the same skillet, till the vegetables will be translucent.

Step 4

Now add the tomato paste to it and fry all the things for about the 1 minutes, as the color of the mixture gets dark, add the white wine to it, now leave the mixture, so that the white will be evaporated to its half.

Step 5

Now crumble chicken stock to it, mix it add little bit of the water to it, add dried oregano to it, add fresh chopped rosemary leaves to it, season it with the salt and pepper, add the boil it, now add the veal to it, leave it for about the 2 minutes and then again take it out.

Step 6

Now take the rice, add this to the bowl, add the water to it, add few drops of the olive oil to it, now put it on the low heat, cover the lid and cook it for about the 10 minutes, now drain the water and take out the rice from it, now take the parsley, add lemon zest in it, add the grated lemon to it, now chopped everything very fine.

Step 7

Now take the serving, first make the layer of the rice, then place the veal on it, pour the vegetables on it, now sprinkle chopped parsley to it and served it. The list is ready to eat.
