Recipe For The Delicious Pan Roast Chicken And Butter Rice At Home

In today’s busy world, we are always running behind the time. In a small time frame we need to manager our family, office and other social demand. We always want to eat something healthy but tasty and definitely takes less time to make. Keeping all these in mind, today I am going to share two recipes which is very easy to cook and healthy as well. It will also be liked by your kids who have several demands on foods. The nutrition value is high since I am going to use chicken and rice. Both are rich with Protein, Carbohydrates and Vitamins. So friends, lets start of making Butter Rice and Pan Roast Chicken.

Pan Roast Chicken And Butter Rice

Step 1:

First we will learn the Butter Rice and then the Pan Roast Chicken. Let’s start one by one.


What we would need to make the Butter Rice is:

1 cup of cooked Rice
1/2 cup small pieces of boneless Chicken
100 grams of Button Mushroom cut into small pieces
2 tsp of Unsalted Butter ( More butter can be used to make the rice smooth)
Salt and Black Pepper powder as per taste
1/2 cup of grated Cheese
2 tsp of chopped Parsley
4 tsp of finely chopped Onion

Method Of Preparation:

Take a frying pan and add butter to it. Heat the butter for a while and then add chicken pieces and mushrooms. Saute for 2-3 minutes. Now add the chopped onion. Fry for about 5 minutes. Add salt and sprinkle little water into it. Cover it with a lid for 2 minutes. Now add the cooked rice and black pepper powder. Reduce the flame and fry for about 7-8 minutes. Now add the grated cheese and salt and cover it. after 2 minutes, add chopped parsley and mix it with the rice. Switch off the flame.

Step 2:

We are done with the Butter Rice. Now we will be making the Pan Roast Chicken. Lets check how to do this:


Following are the ingredients required for making Pan Roast Chicken:

400 grams Chicken cut into medium pieces
4 tsp of Olive oil
1 tsp Vinegar
3 tsp Tomato Ketchup
1 tsp Oyster Sauce
Salt and Black Pepper as per taste

We need to make a sauce for preparing this dish. Lets check the ingredients for that:

1 tsp Garlic paste
1 tsp all purpose Flour
1 and 1/2 cup Water
1 tsp Oyster Sauce
3 tsp Tomato Puree
1/2 tsp Chili Powder
Salt and Black Pepper as per taste

Method Of Preparing Pan Roast Chicken:

Marinate the chicken pieces with vinegar, tomato ketchup, oyster sauce, salt and black pepper for 20 minutes. Now add 2 tsp oil in a frying pan. Put the chicken pieces into it. Fry them till they are golden brown. Add 1 cup water into it and let the chicken pieces boil. After they are boiled, switch off the flame and keep it aside.
Now take another pan and add 2 tsp oil into it. Add garlic paste and the flour. Fry them in low flame till the flour becomes slightly red. Now add water, oyster sauce, tomato puree, chili powder one by one. Saute for a minute. Now add the cooked chicken with the gravy. Stir till the gravy becomes heavy. Switch off the flame after that. Pan roast chicken is ready to serve.
