Recipe For The Delicious Peach And Pistachio Crumble At Home

This is the perfect dish for the summer and it easy to cook with so many of the flavors, in this we first cut the peach and boil it in the elder flower cordial and water, then we add the maple syrup, we make the dough of the crushed biscuits, pistachios, flour and butter, the we make the layer of the biscuits on the top of peaches and bake it.

Peach And Pistachio Crumble

Preparation Time- 10 Minutes
Cooking Time- 25 Minutes
Serves- 3

Ingredients:

Peaches- 4
Elder flower cordial- 1 shot
Biscuits- 5
Pistachios- 1 handful
Flour- 1 tablespoon
Maple syrup- 1 tablespoon
Butter- 1 tablespoon
Egg- 1
Ice cream- 1 tablespoon

Methods Of Preparation:

Step 1

First take the peaches, now make the cut mark on it, now twist it and break it into 2 equal pieces, now take out the seed. Now take the bowl, put it on the low heat, add 1 shot of the elder flower cordial in it, now add the peaches in it, add the water so that the peaches get simmered in it.

Step 2

Now take the bowl, crack the biscuits in it, now take the pistachios, chopped it very fine, now add it to the bowl, add 1 tablespoon of the flour to it, now mix all the things together, now take 1 tablespoon of the butter and bind all the things together.

Step 3

Now take the tooth pick insert it in the peaches, if it inserts in the peach easily, then take it out, in the small bowl, now add the maple syrup on the top of it, add little of the boiled juice on it, now add the biscuits mixture on the top of it, tap it, now place this inside the oven at 180 degree Celsius for about the 5 minutes.

Step 4

Now take it out, crack 1 egg in the bowl, now beat it, apply 1 coat on the surface and place this again inside the oven at same temperature for about the 15 minutes.

Step 5

Now take the ice cream of any flavor, add the maple syrup to it, take the crumble out from the oven, now place the ice cream on it, garnish it with the mint leaves on the top of it.
