Flour- 100 gm
Caster sugar- 200 gm
Peanut butter- 100 gm
Vanilla ice cream- 200 gm
Chocolate nuts- 100 gm
Methods Of Preparation:
First take the bowl, add the caster sugar in it, now crack the 2 eggs in it, take the blender, blend the mixture to make the smooth paste of it. Now take the all purpose flour in it and mix it well to the egg mixture, make sure that there is lumps free mixture in the bowl.
Now take the baking tray, grease it with the oil, now place the butter paper on it, now pour the mixture in it, now spread this mixture to the corners of the tray, now place this inside the oven at 180 degree Celsius for about the 10 minutes, so that there will be golden color in it.
Now take the board, place the baking paper on it, now sprinkle the caster sugar on it, take out the tray from the oven, remove it from the paper and flip to the sugar and carefully remove the butter paper from it. Now roll the butter paper tight and cover it from the silver foil.
Now take the peanut butter and vanilla ice cream in the bowl and mix all the things nicely to make the thick and smooth paste of it. Take the chocolate coated peanuts, cut them into chunks and mix it with the ice cream.
Now take unroll the cake and place the ice cream in it, now spread it nicely to make the even layer of it, now roll it and place this inside the refrigerator. Now take it out and cut it into the slices and served it.
