This is the Mediterranean dish and in this we take the grouper fish, season it and fry it, we fry the chopped bacon and sausage, then we make the mixture of the water, soy sauce, vinegar and sugar, we add the bacon and sauce and caramelized it, then we fry the ginger, garlic, onion, carrot, red and pepper, then we add the sauce and cook it last we add the corn starch to it and make it and thick and served it with the fish. Preparation time- 15 minutes
Cooking time- 40 minutes
Grouper fish- 1.8 pounds
All purpose flour- 50 gm
Salt- as per taste
Pepper- 1 teaspoon
Vinegar- 1 tablespoon
Brown sugar- 2 tablespoon
Soy sauce- 1 teaspoon
Corn starch- 1 teaspoon
Cooking oil- 50 ml
Bacon- 4 strips
Sausage- 200 gm
Garlic- 3 cloves
Ginger- 1 root
Red pepper- 1/2
Green pepper- 1/2
Methods Of Preparation
First take the onion, peel it and slice it finely, take the ginger, peel it and cut it into long threads, take the carrot, dice it very fine, take the garlic, crush it and chopped it very fine. Take the 1/4 cup of the water, take the corn starch and mix it in the water.
Now take the flour in the plate, take the fish, season it with the salt and pepper, now put this in the flour, apply the flour on it gently, now take the skillet, put it on the low heat, as the pan is hot, add the oil to it, now place the fish in it and fry it for the 10 minutes, now flip to the other side and fry it also.
Now take the skillet, put it on the medium heat, as the pan is hot, add little bit of the oil to it, now as the oil is hot, add the garlic to it, add the ginger to it, we add the onion with carrot and fry it, last we add the red and green pepper to it.
Then we take the bacon cut it into small pieces, take the pan, put it on the low heat, place the chopped bacon direct to it, now fry the bacon till it change the color of it, take them out and place to the kitchen paper.
Now take the sausage, make small pieces of it, now take the same pan, fry the finely chopped shallot to it with the chopped garlic in it, add the sausage to it and fry it completely, now add the chopped bacon in it, mix all the thing completely.
Now take the bowl, add the water in it, now add the soy sauce to it, add the vinegar to it, add the brown sugar to it, stir it regularly so that the sugar is completely dissolve, we add the bacon and the sausage to it and put it on the low flame and cook it for about the 15 minutes, so that all the things will get caramelized.
Now add the mixture that we prepare earlier to it, now leave it for 2 minutes, after it add the dissolve corn starch to it, as the sauce is thick, add this to the fish to it now in the other bowl add the caramelized bacon and sausage to it and served it. The dish is ready to eat.
