This is the sweet dish, you can eat it after dinner or at the snack time, you will get it in most of the confectionery shops but if you want to eat it fresh then you can try it at home also, for this we need to make the dough by mixing the flour, butter, yeast mixture, sugar to it, then we prepare the paste of the egg white, cream cheese, sugar, then we add this mixture to the tin of the popovers, we make the layer of the egg paste in between, then we bake it and served it.

All purpose flour- 100 gm
Dry yeast- 1 packet
Whole milk- 100 ml
Salt- as per taste
Granulated sugar- 100 gm
Icing sugar- 20 gm
Cream cheese- 30 gm
Fruit Jam- 30 gm
Vegetable oil- 3 tablespoon
Butter- 100 gm cubes
Methods Of Preparation:
Take the sieve, add the all purpose flour to it and sugar to it, now sieve it to the deep bowl, now add the cubes of the butter, with the help of the fingers, mix the butter to it and make the breadcrumbs consistency.
Now take the glass, add the yeast packet to it, now add 1 teaspoon of the sugar to it, mix it and leave the mixture for sometime, now as you see the formation of the bubbles in it, pour this to the flour mixture, now set this to the dough making machine, add the whole milk to it, add the eggs in it, now first set the machine to the low speed, as you get the smooth paste, then increase the speed of it.
Take out the soft dough to the bowl, cover it with the clean film and place it to the room temperature for sometime, as the volume of the dough will be double, then remove the foil and take it out.
Now crack 2 eggs in the bowl, take out the egg yolk from it, now whisk the egg white so that there will be soft peaks, add the vanilla extract to it, add the cream cheese to it, add the granulated sugar to it, now mix it well so that there will be nice thick paste of it.
Take the tin of the popovers, take the brush and dip it to the oil, now brush the wall of the tin, nicely, make sure that every part of the tin should be covered, now fill the half of the tin with the dough, add the egg mixture, now again cover it with the dough, make sure that there should be some of the space in tin.
Now apply little bit of the oil to it, apply little bit of the beaten mixture, now place this inside the oven at 180 degree Celsius for about the 35 minutes, do not open the door of it, now after 35 minutes, take it out, now flip the tin and tap it so that all the popovers will come out from it, allow it to cool.
Take the serving plate, now cut it from middle, apply the jam on it now again it cover it, dust is with the icing sugar and then served it in the plate. The dish is ready to eat.
