Recipe For The Delicious Pork And Chorizo Kofta Wraps At Home

The is the perfect combination of the pork and chorizo, in this we mix the chopped chorizo and pork mince with the red chili, parsley then we make the sausage of it, fry it and cook it, we make the mixture of the yogurt, cumin and carrots, then we wrap it in the tortilla with the rocket and cucumber and fry it and served it.

Ingredients:

Chorizo sausage- 150 gm
Pork mince- 450 gm
Yogurt- 100 gm
Cumin- 1 teaspoon
Carrot- 1
Cucumber- 1
Tortilla- 2
Parsley- 1 handful
Pepper- 1 teaspoon
Salt- as per taste

Methods Of Preparation:

Step 1

First take the red chili and the parsley, clean it and chopped it, now take the chorizo, give it the cut mark and take out the skin of it, now chopped it very fine, take the bowl, add the red chili, parsley, chorizo and pork mince to it, season it with the salt and pepper, now mix all the things together.

Step 2

Now apply little bit of the melted butter on the hand, take out the little mixture of it, roll it and make the shape of the sausages of about the 3 inches long. Now take the pan, put it on the low heat, add little bit of the oil to it, now place the meat in it and fry the skin for about the 6 minutes, now place this inside the oven at 180 degree Celsius for about the 15 minutes.

Step 3

Now take the yogurt, add little bit of the salt in it, now add the ground cumin in it, mix it well, take the carrot, peel it and grate it nicely, now mix it with the yogurt nicely. Take the cucumber and slice it nicely vertically.

Step 4

Now take the tortilla wraps, place plenty of the rocket in it, place the cucumber on it, now place the rolls on it, pour the yogurt on it, now wrap it from the sides.

Step 5

Now take the same pan, now place the roll on the top of it, now fry the tortilla from all the sides, served it in the serving plate with the yogurt as white sauce.
