This is the traditional dish of the Portugal. In this we will take the mashed potatoes and then we add so many of the vegetables to it and then we cook our pork croquettes and then we add to it and then we fry the rolls of it and then we make the delicious sauce of the pepper and the tomatoes. Chourico- 100 gm
Potatoes- 300 gm
Chives- 2 springs
Parmesan cheese- 1 handful
Flour- 1 handful
Red pepper- 2
Honey- 1 tablespoon
Cream- 50 ml
Cooking oil- 250 ml
Methods Of Preparation:
First we take the bowl and then we add the water and salt into it and then we put this on the medium flame and then add the potatoes and then we cook it, now we remove the water and then peel the potatoes and then mesh the potatoes in the bowl.
Now we take the chourico and then we cut it vertically and the cut it into the thin slices, now take the pan and put it on the low flame and then we add the chourico to it.
Now we take the olives and the chopped it and then we take the chives and chopped it fine. Now we take the mashed potatoes and seasoned it with the black pepper and the salt to and then we take the olives and then chives and add this in the bowl and then we grate the Parmesan cheese to it. Now as the chourico is cooked then add this also into the potatoes and mix all the things nicely.
Now take small amount of the potatoes mixture and by using your hands make the small cylinder shape of it and then we finish our mixture by making the roll of it and then we take the bowl and then add the flour to the rolls nicely.
Now we take the pan and then we add the cooking oil into it and then we put it on the medium flame and then we fry all of the rolls for about 3-4 minutes so that there will be golden color. Now take it out and then soaked it in the tissue paper so that there will not be any oil.
Now we take the red pepper and then cut it from the middle and then we take out the seeds of it and then we add some of the olive oil on the top and then we place this inside the oven at 180 degree Celsius for about 10 minutes.
Now we take the jar and then add the roasted red pepper into it and then we chopped the fresh parsley and then we add this also and then we add the some of the honey to it and then we add the black pepper and then salt to it and then we add the sun mashed tomatoes to it and then we add some of the olive oil to it and then we grinder all the thick to make the smooth paste of it. Now add the cream to make it smooth.
