This is delicious dish of the potato with the combination of the eggs in it. In this first we boil the potatoes, then we add the egg yolk, parsley, onion, garlic powder to it, we toast the breadcrumbs, add the cheese to it, we season the beaten egg with the salt and pepper, we make the rolls of the potatoes, then we dip it with the egg mixture, then to the breadcrumbs mixture, we deep fry it and served it.

Methods Of Preparation:
First you need to take the potatoes, now clean it in the running water, now take the bowl, add the water to it, place this to the medium heat, add little bit of the salt to it, now add the potatoes in it, now cover the lid and cook it for about the 15 minutes, take the tooth pick, insert it in the potatoes, if it is inserting easily, remove the pan form the heat.
Drain all the water from it, allow the potatoes to cool down, now peel the potatoes, take the potato masher and mash the whole potatoes, if there is any hard or uncooked part of the potato take it out, now keep it inside the refrigerator for about 1 hour.
Now take the big bowl, add the chopped onions to it, add the chopped parsley to it, add the potato mixture to it, add the egg yolk to it, season it with the salt and pepper, add the onion and garlic powder, mix all the things nicely.
Take the bread slices, cut the hard part of it, place this inside the jar, make the breadcrumbs of it, now take the pan, put it on the medium heat, as the pan is hot, place the breadcrumbs to it, now toast the breadcrumbs and keep them in a separate plate, take the bowl, crack 2 egg to it, now beat it nicely, so that there will be bubbles in it.
Grate parmiggiano cheese to the breadcrumbs and mix it, season the beaten egg mixture with the salt and pepper, now take the small scoop, scoop out the potato mixture, now with the help of the hands, make the small rolls of it, now tap it little bit to make it flat, do the same for all of the potato.
Now take the deep bowl, add the oil to it, now put it on the low heat and allow to become hot, take the potato croquettes, dip it to the egg mixture, now apply the breadcrumbs to it, place this to the plate and keep it in rest for sometime.
Now take the little bit of the potato and add this inside the hot oil, if the bubbles are coming out from the sides of it, then add the potatoes one by one to the oil, fry it till the outer skin become golden brown, now take them out and tap it with the kitchen paper.
